I believe it is necessary to shed some light on the 7 oil drain plugs. I saw a lot of confusion in the comments and there is even someone who talks about poor engineering. Italian engines starting from v6 / v8 / v12 are almost all dry sump. as you may have noticed there is no oil pan. in engines there is usually an oil sump on the bottom which stores the engine oil which is then sucked from the sump and led to the engine head, from there the oil returns to the sump by force of gravity, lubricating all engine systems. in these engines instead there is no oil in the engine, the oil is put in a separate tank, this tank is connected to a system that introduces the lubricant into the engine at high pressure. the advantages are substantially 2. the first is that when the car is cornering at high speed, there is no risk that the suction oil in the sump will be sucking in air due to the displacement of the oil in the sump caused by the g-forces. the field, in practice the engine will always have lubricant without cracks in any condition and at any rpm. you have to think that for example some Ferrari V12s reach speeds around 9000 rpm. the second advantage lies in the fact that an engine without oil pan is lower and consequently can be installed much closer to the asphalt, this improves the center of gravity of the car and increases its cornering performance. obviously this system is much more expensive than the traditional one and it is the same system used in all racing cars and in the most technological championship in the world, formula 1. talking about poor engineering in front of the best lubrication system in the world and how to shoot yourself alone on one foot
Third advantage: the pump in dry sump system keeps a little vacuum in the crankcase thus reduces the viscous losses due to the lubricant (so higher mechanical efficiency so higher power output)

Sadly soon all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime.!!!!!

Why use pakelo?
Apart from cost, why not?
Le prix de cette rigolade ???
So how much does that cost.
$4.99
This video starts off wrong in my opinion instead of playing the music play the beautiful music of that engine as you back up on the lift the music is irritating I'd rather enjoy the sound of the shop work but I'll continue

Combien de litre d huile ?

Ok, how much is it ?
That's some pretty blackass oil coming out of that engine = Poor mantainance.
I thought it was a bit to black for my liking 🤔
That many drain screws?!?! Love the car but such poor design engineering
I think thats because its dry sump

My local Chevy dealership could have done it with half the oil and twice the time

And I thought my 5.0 mustang with two drain plugs was odd.
How many litres of oil needed for your Mustang 5.0?
Step out of order to allow sufficient drainage no post check!!! I wouldn't let you touch anything I own!!

7 drain plugs. but why
Because of the design of the oil pan! A Bugatti has 12 drain plugs!

@@peterhrd8310 these engines have no oil pan, they are dry sump.
That will be $700 please.
Sadly soon all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-(
In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025
on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county.
Climate change is a scam.

☝️😎👉How Much Does it Cost To Change The Oil On This Lamborghini???...
I suppose getting an oil filter at Wally World is out of the question? Yeah?
$3,500 later…
Anyone else waiting for the snap on truck to pull up
The car is basically built out of oil drain screws.

How complicated!
Simple engineering...one drain plug and oil filter end of!
More expensive using small oil containers.
🤣🤣 it’s not the same. This is a special dry cranckase and it’s way better lubricated.
