Good episodes to pick thought "Batman says his goodbyes" has a few running gags that aren't as funny if you didn't want the build up of them. Definitely should watch them all even if it's on your own time. Pete Holmes is just hilarious.
RECOMMEND : You should really have a look at the fan film series called "The Pink Five Saga" (about 1 hour total, not counting extras). It's a very funny and highly referential riff off the original Star Wars trilogy, showing us what was going on just off camera and who really saved the galaxy while Luke and his pals were in the spotlight. Might as well do "Troops" as well, since we're talking about famous fan film parodies of Star Wars.

I just love how he's supposed to be a genius/worlds greatest detective, but trying to find out the mystery of Harvey Dent/Two-Face is something he might not be able to figure out. "Harvey Face, scary face" is a hilarious line and Badman asking if Harvey can be trusted is a call back to the earlier video.
