I just bought my 3rd SLK. My first was a 2006 slk350
My 2nd was a SLK 55 AMG. My present one is 2014 slk 350.. with only 25k miles! I love slk’s. They’re fun to drive. I wish we had a group of people so I can drive with.

You can check out scrap yards in Kam Tin or the other option is eBay or AliExpress. You could probably get it painted in advance as well

I have a 2007 slk 350 in very good condition and I like it a lot. But the ultimate roadster I think is the 2012 sls cabriolet. It's very expensive... and cooooool.

Yup. The 2012 SLS is mad too!! Love the design and the ground clearance!

Yes the SLS looks amazing and sounds great. But the AMG GTC is a better car en my opinion. It feels smaller and mere nimble like a big SLK.
But honestly, the r171 is one of the most sporty feeling sportscars Mercedes has ever made. It's relatively light, short wheelbase and great balance, plus a very good manual is available. I think it feels more playful than those great big v8 "supercars"
So your car is already pretty great 😉
