love how casual and chill the vibes for your pulling videos are. it's nice, especially with other genshin wishing videos being very intense
haven't tested it out yet, but I'm pretty sure her passive just gives a bonus character talent material that's a separate type from the one you're crafting, but still from the same region. so if you're crafting books from a mondstadt domain (ballad for example), you would have a chance of getting different type of mondstadt talent materials (resistance or freedom) in addition to the intended crafted item.
I don't think it gives extra of the kind you craft so it's mostly useful if you need one type of book but have a a lot of the other kinds you can get them without resin

I'm actually glad you admit to/advise having a budget. That's really important if you're going to play this type of game.
As far as value per dollar goes, I'd have probably just stopped at C0 Yae and grabbed her weapon to R1 and been done, but it's up to you how you want to spend. Raiden is the next banner and Kazuha is getting a rerun likely in 2.6. Both of those characters are cracked at C2.
Yeah, and that's considering that he earns money from his Genshin content. Normal players should definitely keep budget in mind.
My Genshin budget is solely from any hours that I work past 7 hours, (so 8 hour shift, one hour pay which is like £6+ish something accounting for tax), is devoted to Genshin. This helps me get to the end of my shift knowing that those last few hours are going to my Genshin wallet makes it slightly easier to work long shifts.
Additionally, on any days I'm asked to work extra to cover someones shift all the pay gets devoted entirely to my Genshin wallet.
By sticking to this rule (and I have not failed yet), allows me to set a hard limit on the amount of my income I give to Genshin.

thank you for being the most calming genshin cc so far, a lot of them are so energetic and i get tired just from watching the videos. its really refreshing and relaxing
So, I had no intention of actually getting Yae. Nothing wrong with her, just had my eyes on Kokomi. But, I had no pity since I just pulled for Ganyu, so I said screw it and did a single 10 pull, didn't care what I got, and wasn't gonna pull anymore after that.
Somehow I got a 5 star that pull and won the 50/50. So now I has a Miko to build cuz I was not planning this at all.
same thing happened to me on xiao's first banner. diona was one of the rate up 4*s and i really wanted more cons for her. i thought it would be ok since my pity was less than 10, so i threw 2 10 pulls at the banner. first one had diluc and the second one gave me xiao. i didn't even get a diona...
after that i decided i wasn't going to pull on banners unless i also wanted the rate up 5*
@@moonfrostsketches Dude, same. I rolled on this banner cause I want C2 Diona to play with my low AR friends so I decided to pull since I had 0 pity due to getting Zhong Li and Ganyu.
After 30 pulls I got 4 fischls, 2 Thomas and Yae Miko but no Diona😑
Now I have no more primos, no C2 Diona, and no build up pity for when Kazuha comes.
Same happened to me with Ganyu

congrats on Yae!! from my limited testing of Yae’s attacks, the quickest way i’ve been able to weave her charged into her autos is if you do two autos, then a charged and then just repeat that… definitely not as fast or fluid as a character like Yanfei or Kokomi but it’s definitely a bit better than trying to do Yae’s three autos then her charged… dash/jump cancelling also obviously helps her speed too lol

Her passive works the same as Xingqui's, except you get one of the other two books from the same region instead of the exact same book. Potentially good, because you can level up books you don't need for a shot at getting the ones you do.
Wavebreaker's fin is actually Xiangling's best in slot weapon 4 star weapon. At r5, it's better than the catch and better than r1 engulfing lightning
Doubt it's best in slot, but it is a good weapon

I encourage people to look at KQM's data for weapons for xiangling if you want a reliable source for this information.

Gratz on getting her xD. I was very Lucky cause i won the the 50/50 and got her in 1 10er pull right after Shenhe and her weapon in 60 ones.
I had her guaranteed but I also got her after a couple of ten pulls (I had saved 118 wishes since I hadn't pulled since Itto's banner) then I lost both times on her weapon banner, used my starglitter, finally did a single pull and got her weapon 😄

For Yae's build the a4 passive is just there to help her slightly in her main team comps and not really meant to be built off of (a lot like yunjins a4 passive). As well her charged attack does have a long animations but you can cancel out of the animation(dash or jump) really early into the animation as well as being able to reposition with hre skill afterwards makes it very effective. Her charged attack have average multipliers compared to other catalyst users because it can hit large enemies 2 times so having high multipliers would make her too strong possibly.
I had really wanted her before but I was actually really surprised when I finally got to test her in the trial that I absolutely hate her gameplay style :,(

I got Miko on my first 10 pull plus C1 Fischl and then after ascending her a few times I used 2 fates on the standard banner and got Mona. Neither banner was even close to pity. Now I have 109 wishes for if and when Venti gets a rerun because I like his hat.
Update: I got Venti early pity (I did some wishing on Miko's banner last month and accidentally pulled her C1 and Qiqi so had 69 fates to use on Venti at 0 pity and now I have 49). I should be happy but I'm also terrified of how good my luck was pulling him and Miko. His hat is even better when you get to go adventuring through the Chasm with it. 🙃

Also did some messing around, and found out you can either jump or dash cancel her charge attack! As soon as the fox head reaches its peak, you can cancel it, and the rest of the charge still fires anyway :)
I had wishes around the 40/50s since I got Xiao and didnt roll Zhongli or Ganyu. New patch left me with 20 pulls. I somehow ended up getting her in the 50/50 and my first Thoma constellation in the second batch.
Honestly, I'm happy I got to watch this because I wanted to try to get her weapon, but haven't done the weapon banner yet so I'm happy to see how it works.
I think she functions like a cross between Fischl and Lisa. So I honestly wouldn't be surprised if she gets added to your WNOP list. She needs a bit of up time and has clunky catalyst syndrome plus the "should have a bit more range" issue. Unless she synthesizes well with an upcoming dendro character etc, or her artifact set, that causes the playerbase to regret downplaying her. I like her regardless, her damage is large and I don't mind the attacks being at eye reactionary speed. It's just annoying needing a bit more resources to level her up along with wanting to level up Thoma finally while maintaining the 6ish characters that already are actually carrying me through the game.

for the charged you can move after holdjng attack and it will still finsih the attack. if you do tihs fast enough you can fire a charge a second attack before the first one firesd

Her charged attack is in fact dash cancellable, so if youre willing tonspend a third of your stamina she has a pretty quick charge attack.
No idea if the dmg on is good tho, still trying to build her

Tip you can cancel her charge attack animation if you dash when the electro fox apears next to you at the start of her charge attack. This makes it a bit better to use in battle xD

Her C1 is actually a great QoL because it's 24 energy refunded on a 90 energy cost burst.. all the other Const. are just 'extra damage' which depends on how far you want to whale for numbers XD. The C1 makes it more comfortable to play her with team comps that don't use a great battery(like Raiden/Fischl) IMO.
Anyways I'm so happy to have raiden and her in the same patch lol, gonna get both of them soon!

I had pulls saved up to go for Fischl constellations... and I literally got every character on the banner INCLUDING YAE, but not a single Fischl
I mean, I 'm happy I got Yae although I wasn't necessarily pulling for her, but sad about my dear Prinzessin still being C0. Now I'm conflicted between saving up for Kokomi C1 or Kokomi weapon or pulling a few more times to try and get Fischl constellations

Kokomi someone I have and happy with so a C1 wouldn’t hurt but Kazuha is more important and I’m not gonna spend another welkin soon (I hope)
I’ve been waiting for Yae and saved primos for over a month. Can’t believe my pity went to Keqing. I don’t even know if I should be 😤 or 😭. Also wanted a couple of Diona, Fiscl OR Thoma but got several Barbaras and a couple of 4 stars that are already C6. Didn’t get ANYONE from the banner! Not a happy camper and definitely discouraged from allocating what little free time I have to play Genshin.

I dont know if the pity system was fucking up but it took me alot of pulls to get her as well. I noticed that all my pulls did not show up in my pull history.
The other 5 stas are going to be kokomi and raiden, and ayato next patch. As for the weapon, its only usefull for yae and and perhaps lisa if she's not c6

I got yae with 5050 in like 3 ten pulls (~80 pity)
Then i got skyward pride on Soft pity and 2 ten pulls After bade cutter and then i got her weapon with around 170 wishes total for everything
I’m guessing rich Genshin players don’t test characters out in the trials... I have to say though might be better to wait on a Yae Miko pull for now. This is probably not the right banner for me at the moment.

I feel that last pull luck. Had that last pull luck with Hu Tao C1 on the rerun banner and Miko C2. And I mean with the last SINGLE pull I got from a wayward 4 star both times. I feel like my luck in this game is either incredible or downright dogshit, nothing in between. (low spender, only get battle passes)
