Oh Please, You gotta have low standards to find BGC amazing. At best, it's just a decent area because it is MAINTAINED unlike the rest of the country where NOTHING works.
I have visited many CBDs outside BGC. I also visited Cebu, Iloilo CBDs. They are equally good... modern, underground cables with skyscrapers. don't live in the past.
@@RR52517 These are privately owned and run..they are basically giant "malls". The real Philippine cities are dirty, decrepit dilapidated and unmaintained because of perpetual corruption.
@@somar814 you don't have to be a genius to notice the difference. Just go to a neighboring country like Thailand or Vietnam to see REAL progress not COSMETIC progress that you see in these giant "malls" created by capitalism.

BGC Admin & Developer must add or install another bigger 3D/4D LED Billboard screen to the Pioneer House BGC building that currently under construction tight now, beside the AT Yuchengco Centre, facing 5th street PSE building and Bonifacio High Street Central square. If they will be able to do that, it will definitely give & add different vibe to the area, like New York vibes, and it will attract & encourage more people and tourist to visit the area. If they can also encourage the Luxurious brands like, LV, CHANNEL, DIOR. GUCCI, HERMES to put-up their shop on the area, it would be better and fantastic. BGC needs more new developments and attractions.

I disagree. Adding another 3D Billboard screen does not enhance the viability of BGC as a CBD. Turning it to look like Las Vegas is not the goal.
