I plugged in my headset with the microphone built in and it works but when I record audio it doesn't record the sound effects
Try rewireing it
You could use an external phantom power box and go from that out into this.
That was just more money that I did not want to spend. It shouldn't need all of that with how they tried to market it.
Agreed. It's funny I bought the Fifine mixer on Amazon that's like $50 and it's lights out all the way. Works perfectly. Of course the Vivitar box is junk. Oh well. I hoped it would be better, but that's life.

I do not. I returned it. It was not worth the money for what I was trying to do.

The audio of the pc also goes thru the output idk why but i think the whole thing is trash lol
Not gonna lie. It's not so great. Trying to pot down the Bluetooth audio on is horrible. I need to tinker with it more though.
