What is the idea behind proxying the stargate in this scenario? Prevent it from being scouted? Does the drop hit faster compared to stargate in your own base?
uThermal, you already have a better build 「bulldozer」, but I think the problem for helions open is that too easy to be scout, and you can only damage Protoss but not kill them. Protoss can afford losing 10 probe, and still can open 3 base and drag to middle game and seek for comeback.

Yep, simply because it hits a good amount faster ( usually means 1 less warpin, 1 less phoenix etc. )
