For the Skyscraper I can picture the interior being either a hotel, an office building or a newspaper tabloid at least that's the vibe it gives off to me
@@The_Blue_Otaku either that or something luxorious, like high end apartmants, hotel, resturant etc. I could honestly see it go either way, the skyscraper has so much potential and it looks absolutely stunning! 🤩
It would be awesome also to add a nice antenna on the top to break the flatness of the rooftop and to give even more hight to the building. Love your lego city!
I noticed there was a grey Porsche and thought to myself, I don’t think any TH-camr has built a car dealership in their city before, not even Jangbricks. It would be awesome to see one built in your city displaying exotic sports cars from Lego speed champions or custom built cars. Keep up the lovely progression 👍🏻.
@𝙏𝙀𝙓𝙏 𝙈𝙀 𝟭𝟲𝟭𝟱𝟲𝟴𝟬𝟵𝟱𝟭𝟬 I’m actually not collecting lego city sets anymore because I have no more space, in fact I’m selling all my city sets at the moment so if your interested let me know. Best to give the set to someone else but thanks anyway.
@@nathand5294 I have a ton of lego city sets I’m trying to get rid of, sets spanning from 2012 to 2016. I got trains, planes, a lot police/ fire fighter sets and more, so if your interested let me know.
That looks brilliant! Personally the skyscraper definitely strikes me as some kind of job centre or law firm, with each floor serving as an individual office space - would make sense for it to be so close to the town hall that way too
The Lion's Bridge is fantastic. Have you considered smaller arched tunnels flanking each side of the road for pedestrians? The poor young guy with his backpack will either have to walk on the road or turn around. Great job, though! I'm really getting some wonderful ideas and learning a lot from this series. Thank you!
Great build! I think it would suit an office building, with a restaurant at the bottom for all the employees. The height really adds to your city and makes it feel real! Great video 😊
Glad to see another video on this series! It’d be really cool if you built an apartment skyscraper with an underground parking garage. Can’t wait to see what other buildings will be included in the future!
I feel like it should be a hotel but in most hotels, there’s usually a restaurant for guests on the 1st floor. The ground floor could be a reception. I have been to a lot of hotels, and I’m sure your lego hotel in real life would be 5 star! Edit: I think there should be a restaurant that is elevated with about 2 bricks in that empty space beside the bridge, I really like how your city is turning out! I like the diversity too!
Just found the channel with episode eight and saw it was over a year ago. Then saw this installment from 3 months ago. Good to know it's not a dying series, just one that's taking it's time!
The bottom floor of the skyscraper should be a designer cloths outlet. It will look great with mannequins and some colorfull clothe shelves through those nice large facade windows.
I think the white building would look amazing as an Art Gallery! With a grand set of stairs inside, visible from the window. With the art visible too of course! Love the vids, keep up the fantastic work
Him: I’m sure you guys have been wondering where I’ve been… Also him: doesn’t explain where he’s been (I just want to clarify, you don’t owe us an explanation! I’m just happy you’re back! I look forward to seeing more videos from you!)
Missed your updates! For the skyscraper, just having a tree at the back is exactly why there would be a window on that back wall - is a way to not only get some greenery into the building without needing it indoors, but also for natural light.
I also agree with another comment that said that it needs some sort of lights at the top - something like the lights on the majestic centre in wellington nz would be cool - like spokes coming out in a semi circle with a light at the end of each
That white building you built with the Parisian tile and bird on the roof would make for a good art gallery. Especially with all those windows on the front, and with the blank walls on the back and side.
I highly doubt you'll actually see this, but I started watching this series shortly after my grandfather died, and we were struggling to get my grandmother back on her feet afterwards due to her battle with dementia. These videos helped me through a hard time, and they helped me clear my head a lot when things weren't going too well. It's been almost two years since, and life is much better now. So, while it may seem insignificant to others, I just wanted to let you know that even some lego builds can really help someone out. Thank you, I'm glad I stumbled upon this today, and I'm glad to see you're back :)
The big windows of the ground floor make me think it would work really nicely as a sort of clothing/department store, like something you’d see in NYC, as you could have lots of minifigures placed as mannequins showing off a variety of clothing items to provide lots of colors, depth, and details inside the large window.
I imagine this is quite the Christmas present for people who still watch this channel. For the tower, make it a lawyer’s office or a financial office. Both make sense with the current theme.
I would love to see the building to turn into a modern hotel/restaurant, plus the awkward space in between the lion bridge and the building could be like an outdoor patio area
This skyscraper looks pretty impressive. It is an excellent design and hopefully you can fill it out with interesting (and diverse) interiors as well eventually. You must spend an absolute fortune on bricks, even this skyscraper alone must be a few thousand pieces. Hopefully your video series makes you back some money to keep the project going. Cheers and GL with the project!
Very Noice Build. I love to see well built skyscrapers that are not the marvel sets! Kudos to giving Wootles the shot out for the inspiration of this design. His is absolutely massive and its good to see a scaled down highrise that looks great and isn't going to cost people an arm and a leg if they want to design something similar at this size, cause it's tall enough to def read as a skyscraper.
id be lying if i said i didnt think this series was gone for good. i had checked back every few months but had given up. i just hoped it would show up again in my feed eventually, and here you are! ready to wait however long is necessary again. ill be patient this time haha
Nice video I love how this is coming together. Some corrections or additions I’d make would be a passenger tunnel to the lionbridge so the minifics are able to pass it without going on the street. And then a spire with lights for airplanes to your highrisebuilding. Nearly all skyscrapers have some form of a light on top of them so airplanes see them. I wish you good luck with the further expansion of the city.
A quick suggestion I've researched plenty of "illegal building" techniques. One being using ventilated slopes in the cracks of the sidewalk cross sections especial near the slanted roads.
Hope you all enjoyed the video! I’ve been reading some comments I think I’ll add an elevator in somewhere as that’s highly requested!

No girlfriend in the way, thank god. I exhaled audibly.
You should make a car dealership!
I like how this city really goes for quality over quantity
"im sure youre wondering why i was gone" lmao i love that he doesnt explain why
It’s been a year since our last city update lol I love these videos
I love them aswell, very peacefull building proces

Quality over quantity - love to see uploading again!

Bevins bricks had two car dealerships and a Carvana dispensary. You might want to check out his videos.

Nice to see some progress on your city. I really do like how you are focusing on details, rather than the size of your city.
Thank you for coming back.
Ain’t no way, What a return on Christmas day!! Marry Christmas to y’all
First floor of the building looks kinda like a car showroom with all those glass panels. the lion logo also brings Peugeot to mind.
Glad to see you back once again, happy holidays!
I just love how mad clean your building style is!

Hello from France, I love your work

Yes!!! Finally. Been waiting for part 9 for ever, counting the months. The City is definitely coming along keep up the great work!
The return of the king
I look forward to these videos so much. Great additional Christmas gift LionBricks!
Wow, this round tower, in particular the roof, is so satisfying to watch. Unique content on TH-cam, welcome back. Merry Christmas.
Only a few days ago I came to terms with the fact this series had been abandoned and would never be completed and now look.
To quote dooku: I have been looking forward to this! And another applicable quote: A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one!
A blessing from the lord
