(except for the dashboard sign. Not really my style) I know it's more expensive that way but I have been waiting for your videos to see how difficult the install was for you. Dope vids bro. Always clear and never over explained to the point where it becomes difficult. Simple and straight to the point. About how long would you say this would take the normal person? If you could also say time wise how long for each of the first three videos that would be really helpful. Also. Would you recommend doing vids 1-4 in one day seeing as parts and trim would already be removed?

If you know, by chance, do I still need the OBD2 Box for the vents if I already have the factory 64-color lighting in an X253 (2022 GLC 300)? If I DO NOT need the OBD2 hub, do you know how I would wire the vents into the already existing system? If I DO need the OBD2 hub, do you have any idea if it syncs with/its possible to sync with the factory lighting system? Struggling to find guides/info on that. Or do I maybe need to/should I get a kit with a remote/Bluetooth instead, just in case wiring into the existing system is not possible/OB2 won't sync/work? Again, don't feel pressured if you don't know, I just didn't know if you have any input since you have gone through the installation before, and the vents for X253 are the same ones in the W205. Thank you in advance! :)
For my kit (which is a few years old now), my main harness was part of the center console lights, footwell lights, door light kit. Then when I decided later on to add more parts like ambient vents, ambient door speakers, ambient seatback strips, they all plugged into my previously installed main harness. Hey Flexx. Where can I get that front dash carbon fiber trim?
Go watch my w205 interior upgrades video.
@@TheFlexxGarage found it thanks! But do you think the center carbon trim will fit a 2016 AMG C63S W205?
I wanted to know can if there is a ambient light kit upgrade to 64 colors for a c300 Mercedes 2 dr coupe and what type of place would install it in Memphis TN
Hey Flexx, has any of your family or friends complement on your new interior look?
Of course. Lol
Hey after installing it, is there any issues After some time ??The mechanics are saying that they might to remap & reprogram after a couple days etc
it has nothing to do with the ECU and how the car control things...so I don't even know what your mechanic is talking about.
Hi! Is there something for w164?
I have a question, can you point these turbine vents to where you want the airflow to go, like you can the original ones? I don't mean open and close, but to turn them up down left or right.
Yes
Tell me please with all the vents lighting up is not to bright at night driving? I know that can be dimmed but if you dimming to much the door ambient will be too weak...What do you think? There is a way of dimming only the vents?
Go watch the first video in the ambient series.
@@TheFlexxGarage I saw it... but I have original ambient 3 color so everything will be controlled via car ambient lighting menu....
I just wanted to know if is not to bright at night...Anyway looks amazing! Well done 👏👏
Should i disconnect the battery when installing ambient light air vents
I always disconnect the battery when working with electrical components.
Would do it myself but I’ll probably plug it in all wrong!!
Hey, would you happen to know if the c300 and c200 aircon vents are the exact same ?
Probably. I’m not 100% sure cause there’s no c200 in the U.S.
You can reach out to DMP car design and ask them since they sell these products globally.
I have a c300 2016, I watched your video to install that kit but I do not see where to connect the main wire to the car. Can you help me?
Go watch episode 1. All the links are in the video description.
