Where is the last video?
How exactly is the wiring done from the seat to the console? What happens when the seat is moved?
Simple. Just have the wire follow the backcover of the seats and it will exits in the middle inside section of the seat (just like i mentioned in the video). Put some slack there and the rest of the wire runs into the center vents. Simple.

Hey Flexx, sorry its not regarding your video but I bought the rear ashtray with power plug, but can't find the wiring to connect it, I see your wiring there connected to the ashtray, any idea where I can find the wiring exactly or do you have a video as I'm struggling to find it 😌

Can you control the light with the 10inch android screen upgrade??
Ordered the lighting, and the connectors which go to the strip light match yours. However, the opposite end is just raw wire, no connector, no splitter. Any ideas?
Not sure. You need to contact DMP if you bought it from them.

They all came in the kits from DMP car design.
Question, does it reflect off the rear windscreen at night making visibility to look from the rear view more difficult?
Same for the read passenger windows, does it make it more difficult to see out?
Not for me. No issues with visability.
If it’s too bright, then turn down the brightness.

Question: I have a 2019 GLC 43 AMG and I’m wondering if I unlock my ambient light feature (not even an option on my menu) using an OBD2, is it then possible to upgrade that from 3 colors to 8 or 12 with any type of bulb or mechanism change, or would I be better off doing a kit like this? I’m very new to this and there really isn’t much out on the internet about my particular model and year of vehicle. Sorry for the long message and thanks in advance!

Wow. I honestly don’t know. Your best best bet is to message my sponsors at DMP Car Design. They sell these kits all day long and they’ve done it on every car imaginable. They can tell you exactly what can and can’t be done. Their contact info is in my video description.

How do you get the wires from the seats to the console? Underneath the floor? what if you slide the seat forward and back doesnt the wire stuck then?
There’s extra slack to the wires so they don’t tighten up when the seats move. And no, they don’t get stuck.

That’s why you make sure the wire is not taught and there’s some slack.
Actually what I would have done with the seat wiring is undo the seats from the track then underneath the seats themselves there should be a connection slot that could be used to power the strips and be connected to another location that the front dashboard vents connect to and just plug the cables in that OR if there isn't a spot to do that, then where all those connections that are under the seat are, for the power seats, all you do is make a small cut into the carpet and run the cable under the carpet and up into the center console. This will prevent the seats from running over the cables as you move the seats back and forth.
That's what I would have done. Just so there aren't any cables lying around between the seat and the center console.

It’s stock
The door handle lights come on vehicles equipped with keyless entry. You can tell if the handles have a silver trim.

Sorry...I’m a TH-camr. I’m not a public mechanic and I don’t work on peoples cars. If you need an install shop, probably check car audio shops or remote starter install shops. They should be able to do it.
