Alex was Born and bred in Glasgow..He's been working now in various Chinese takeaways as a delivery driver for the past few years or so..Most of what he's learnt is just by watching the chefs..
In all my videos i use a high power burner so cooking temperature's may vary cooking on a normal hob..Not all takeaways will ignite the food the way i do and just cook in the normal fashion..This is just my preference..The most important part is using the correct condiments and you will produce some amazing results..My subscribers are testament to that which i'm pleased about.

Easy simple and authentic.
I suggest to add some chicken bouillon powder. It will add an amazing asian flavor to the dish. But your job is awesome as usual!
Thanks for the tip apreciate that..For this dish I used bullion in the form of MSG..I've used Chicken powder in most of my videos and introduced a lot of people to it who had never really heard of it before..It's vastly used in Chinese cuisine..We use it occasionally in my takeaway. MSG is most favoured.I love using it but just depends on the dish..It does add more flavour than MSG great for stocks etc Most of my subs are using it now which is good to hear..Cheers pal..

Lol..It's probably because you've seen use in just about everything but adding some wine is fine..Takeaway's will only use the smallest amount for each dish.It's the same with sesame oil hardly any is used but it does make a difference..They all use squeezy bottles for both.A quick squeeze of the bottle is all that's required. Both are potent so you don't need much..Take care Frances,

It's got nothing to with me i don't sell the stuff..I was merely showing you what i use..I'm surrounded by Chinese supermarkets so it's no problem just to pop in and grab a bag..It's just fresh garlic that's been dehydrated.Basically use whatever you want..I don;t sell it infact i don't sell anything..I don't don't have an online shop..Sorry about that.
