- Brief time with 1-year-old cub, Wolong Preserve, China, September 2007. Wolong is no longer operational due to a devastating earthquake, but the wonderful keepers were able to save all but one panda, and they have since relocated.

What if pandas suddenly attack people? Pandas this big are very strong and have sharp claws, so if they get aggressive, it would be kind of dangerous, right?

Obviously not, or they would not let tourists play with them. The fact that Pandas are so cuddly is a big diplomatic thing in Chine (google Panda diplomacy). Pandas are supper chillaxed (:D) and only the fully grown ones are aggressive enough to warrant safety. But even then, mostly they will not go too far, if they are not provoked. The might steal your jacked though... :)
Pandas are busy eating. They are not interested in doing the real attack.
These are bear cubs and don't attack.
What is the cost to wrestle panda ?
They are still wild animal do not be fooled by their cute look.
