I love Lily Silk. I don’t even look at anything in synthetic fibers because I know I can’t wear them, even in blends. LS has supplied the bulk of my wardrobe for more than ten years not now. But, they don’t “only use natural fibers”, I’ve been disappointed when some of their items turned out to have nylon, spandex, etc. in them, or polyester linings. Now, I carefully read the fabric description for each item.
Love the video. I love your style, very clean and classy . Thanks to you I have fallen in love with the loafers and have bought a few pairs. LOVE YOUR STYLE!
Lovely styles in this video. I personally think using the word elegant is better than old money. You don't need to spend a lot on items to look elegant. The key is to buy clothes that suit you, fit you and you feel good in. Your looks are always so elegant and I love your style. Great video :)
I know what you mean it only takes one person to say something different then all the other influencers copy and follow like sheep!! Chefs kiss is a prime example, you hear it everyday without fail.
LilySilk again ?? You can find all these "old money" pieces in other brands, way more affordable. From H&M/Mango to Cos and & Other Stories, there is a lot a quiet luxury pieces, less expensive but still chic and elegant and a large range of prices, but always decent. And with LilySilk, all pieces come from China, but with high street prices...
I totally get what your suggesting here , the person that springs to mind is the late Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy she achieved this style perfectly . And you do too , love your look ❤️👍🏻
I've started to like the Old money style. Because it’t traditional and timeless approach to fashion. classic. This style exudes sophistication and elegance, focusing on quality over quantity It's about embracing a timeless and elegant aesthetic that transcends passing fashion fads. I think it's very nice now. my taste in clothes is from the 2000s and when I wear my Jordans and my other sneakers that are also special. I always have Basic clothes because I think there will be too many brands otherwise. I feel now I'm 20. that I want more clothes that move in the old money style. I love timeless bags, clothes, accessories, etc. i remember when i saw one of carrie bradshaw outfit CARRIE'S PANT SUIT. then I decided that when I böev older to wear more clothes like that outfit. Now that I turned 20, I felt that it is time to buy more clothes like that that go into old money style. As I said, I like fashion houses and designers who make timeless things. because it often goes with a lot. and now that I can also afford it and fit in quietly, then I'm really tempted to buy that kind of clothes. I had a meeting with my bank this week about their investments in mutual funds and shares. then I felt that it would be good if I had clothes like that when I had important meetings. But also when I just want to look decent on a normal day. so the old money style is not really my style. but when I feel that I want to dress in that type, jwg have the opportunity. I also have Basic clothes that I think will suit this style. I have a dark blue short-sleeved polo similar from Dolce & Gebbana. But no one passing by mog knows that it is. which I love. dne fits well with the old money style
hi Charlotte - your code is not working for me on the grey cashmere sweater? We have also had trouble with your mejuri code at other times too - is it because we are in Australia?
Omg every influencer out there got paid by lily silk to promote their rubbish. So sick of it. Lily silk is not great at all. The items I got from them were horrible and I’m never buying from them again.
They’re everywhere it’s very annoying.I stopped at the 2:09 mark, I love Charlotte but can’t take this brand anymore.WIll wait for another video patiently.
Very nice. I look like Inspector Gadget in a trench coat and i look ridiculous in most blazers ( i own one i like) and i can't wear wool. I think i probably have just my own style ( or not 😅) . I do love a stripe and black.
One of your best videos, so many different outfits to look at. You look so happy, I'm sure Lottie wasn't far away from you. Got to look at that camel waistcoat so nice! Thanks to you I have about 20 blazers now 🤣
Hi dear, I have just discovered you and subscribed. I love your style, I do love every item you wear, you are a precious inspiration, I am now almost 55, although I look much younger, but I feel the need to start with a style like yours, really elegant. Love those Lilysilk cardigans associated with tan accessories, I'll soon have one of them. For me it's time to invest in high quality items, so thank you again and see you on your next video. Gemma (Italy).

I have worked for old and new money and OLD money buy to last and NEW MONEY buy to waste !! Buy classic quality instead of what’s in fashion. Think CHANEL !!! You will have clothes until they are knackered 🥳🥳
I love your videos, but I try never to buy anything from any Chinese company. I'm remembering everything we've heard about the Chinese treatment of Uighurs. Does no one else think about the Uighur children taken from their parents or the slave camps? Can you honestly look at your purchases and wonder who made them?
i think it s more like, money doesnt matter to u, so you go to burberry when u need a random ss shirt. i think rich people are mostly busy with you know their career or leisure, and the ones who get stylists either make money off of having a certain public image or they re the spoiled grandchildren who are eventually cause trouble for the family. And of course super expensive stuff will be better quality, unless you are careless. If u pay for a Guess dress made of polyester or cheap Cashmere (which has shorter fibers) you can maybe look well dressed, and neat. but you won't look rich. somehow the fabric and stiches always give away who has money. but if you like the classic look, go for it. i m just saying it is hard to look rich unless you aren't, because it will show on the stuff you have on.
Charlotte, you are so beautiful . I absolutely love your style. And you look like a million in every thing you wear. You are my inspiration!!
Holland Cooper and Ralph Lauren are my inspiration. Get their ideas then search for similar at more affordable prices.

I'm a man and thanks to your channel I greatly improved the way of combining different neutral tones. I'm very grateful for your videos ❤🙏🏽
Love the video. I love your style, very clean and classy . Thanks to you I have fallen in love with the loafers and have bought a few pairs. LOVE YOUR STYLE!

That’s a beautiful cardigan on you. You look beautiful in everything 🙂
My most favourite look is the MODEL MOUTH style. My thoughts are exactly the same as yours, classic but now I am missing a few more blazers!

No link to the bla?? Love your style!
Perfect and you are correct, less is always better and classier. Love everything especially the grey sweater!
a burberry trenchcoat and if it is too expensive, there are lovely ones on vinted aswell !

Hi Charlotte I have slim feet would you say that the tan/black loafers are a slim fit. Great video x
Charlotte the backless loafers you are wearing with the beige blazer where are they from?
Lovely
I am so over Lily Silk!
WHY??
hi, *yutulu*,i just wanna tell you that you make my day with your videos. you have srsly helped me through not so happy times!!! thank you.
Love you so much ❤

@modelmouth Ooh where are the white trousers from that you are wearing with the cardigans
What is OGT?
Enjoyed the video!
I know this is not part of subject matter but you look so good after having the baby.
Lovely clothing although cheaper products available else where
I just enjoyed watching this vlog. It was perfect !
You describe it beautifully and we can always pit our own twist on the classic foundation x

You have great taste ...love every look in this video!

LilySilk does has beautiful pieces, but apparently do not have petite length clothes. Legs can be hemmed, but the crouch will never fit correctly.

Great video. Thank you
Why labels “ Old Money” just Spring fashion . I’m so over the label “ Old Money and Quiet luxury “
Everything looks lovely on you 😊
100%agree
@@katarinafarinicova1289 ❤️
I couldn’t agree more with you. Can we achieve classic look or contemporary? Why old money.
I don't think you guys understand what old money means. It's a good descriptive word for what she is talking about.
I agree
Speed it up already. I want to see the clothes.
I personally dislike the “quiet luxury old money” concept … it separates people based on their economic means, and more than just an expression.

So glad someone shares my same belief. Also separates races but just my opinion.
Not a fan.👎
