I really appreciate this video. I've been trying to get motivated to get in shape for years but getting nauseaus almost immediately, and my ear clogging after minutes of working out, is really off putting.
The ear clogging happens to me too I find hydration is a good way to help with that. (I prefer a lemonade before/during my endurance training) it help with the ear clogging and makes me less nauseous
lol I joined the airforce and at bmt when we would work out I would feel super Nauseous and low energy after the work out or near the end but as I kept training it seemed to dial back unfortunately I stopped working out for a while and now I have it again I usually only get it with cardio and not wait lifting but from my personal experience the best thing to do is one hydrate don’t chug water right before work out but try to get a good amount down 30 minutes to and hour before working out and second push to the point where you start to get light headed everytime then stop and just walk and drink small sips of water if you keep doing this your endurance will go up and it will slowly go away till you have to really push yourself to feel it. It sucks and first but push through cause it’s worth it in the end when I was at my best and I could run my fastest I felt and looked my best and was just overall happier. And I just got back into working out and first couple runs I puked a lot and it sucked but after I puked I felt so much better I’m to the point where I won’t puke but I feel like shit after running. Just gotta push through the suck good luck

Lol I usually rest a minute in between sets because it’s ideal for muscle growth but I’ve been doing it for so long that my muscles have just gotten use to it so I decided today to try and beat my 100 push up time and was doing sets of 20 reps with like 40 seconds rest time in between trying to get 5 minutes down, well after 3 sets the dreaded nausea kicked in which is crazy because I rarely get it, especially when I’m running I never get nauseous but idk this just did it and I ended up getting the regular 7 minute mark which is trash. Skin got yellow and my head was stinging and eyelids kinda heavy along with the nausea. Maybe need to start doing cardio again.

hi sir, i'm an 18 years old girl and i decided to workout last week. according to our school nurse, my blood pressure is kind of high. i'm not obese, i don't smoke neither i dont drink alcohol- thats one of the reason i started to working out again, after 10 minutes of wprking out i felt nauseous and my eyes started to be blurry. i felt like i was about to collapse, luckily i force myself to get inside my room to lay on my bed.
I used to dance and not feel nauseous but then i stopped for years and then when i start working out i feel very nauseous and sometimes throwing up. Thought i was the only one who's feeling this.
I definitely went too hard on my run today and my body made sure to let me know 😵💫 I threw up after a run before, but it was nothing as bad as today. This time, even though I didn’t eat much today, my body just would not hold any food or drinks down. Definitely a lesson to a) have proper fuel before a run. I know I didn’t eat right today/ eat in a way that would support a run and b) Don’t go too hard! If I would’ve just stopped and have taken more breaks, I’m sure my sickness could’ve been avoided. It was just my ego that wanted to complete a long run as quickly as possible, but since I am still just training and technically just doing this for fun, I need to stick to a pace and workout intensity that it is comfortable for me… otherwise I will have many more sick days ahead, which definitely won’t encourage me to keep this up. Thank you for this informative video!

Optimal Body Personal Training thank you it’s important stuff like this is known I’m fairly new to properly training but I’m surprised that I’ve never come across this info before it’s the little things that matter for the beginners!
I dont normally run and this happens but today our coach made us run so fast around the track 6 times i side we ran 150 meters then walk 50 then run another 150 we did that 6 times and after my head started hurting and my stomach felt like throwing up but not much it wasnt until I had went to get water that I sat down then she I stood up my knees were weak cuz my knee was already hurting and then after my stomach hurt like I wanted to throw up and I had to get up and walk to the car to go home and the whole ride home I felt it and now then I used the bathroom hoping it will be better hopefully
I do 30 minute runs a few days a week. I’m around 7:55/mi now. I frequently feel sick halfway through. This usually happens when it’s sunny and above 60degF. My pace used to be 9:00+/mi in January. Been slowly shaving 5-10 seconds off each run. It sucks because my pace used to be in the 6:30s/mi a few years ago. I guess I’m just expecting too much of myself at this time. Thanks for the reassurance.
Had a nice workout this morning but at the end I felt like throwing up. Most nastiest feeling ever. Makes you want to quit working out. However I may have not had enough breaks in between.
I threw up today running a mile at my school and I did not stop no matter how much I wanted to and I regret it and i have weight training so we did push ups sit ups and planks and by the time I got to the weight room I wanted to die

just started volleyball conditioning, on my first day I threw up right when I came home. I took breaks when I knew my body could no longer catch up with everyone else.
I search this up because today at my football camp and when we were listening to the coach and we were taking a knee I just threw up right there but luckily I didn't threw up on anyone
Everyone here because of running but when I runs, there nothing wrong with me but when I do push ups, jumping squats and some shadow boxing, it makes me feels likes shit, wants to throw up and lose appetite to eat.
I just finished Jiu Jitsu. Got home, was feeling light headed on my way home. I walked home. Feeling more and more dizzy. I went home, got to the bathroom, and threw up. Then took a cold cold shower and now I am like. Fuck I didnt think I pushed it far..... Watch out people.
I practices martial art for years, and a month ago I moved to a foreign country. Different food, culture, weather (from 30c to 8c), irregular meal time. I started feeling nausea today after picking up only fraction of what I used to do for the first time here. Feel sucks and disappointed...
Today was my first day at the gym and I threw up 30 minutes into the training. Everything was going pretty well at the beginning but all of a sudden I started feeling nauseous and had to go to bathroom to vomit. It was one of the worst feelings I've ever had and I legit thought that I was going to die. Also my vision got dark and I thought I was getting blind or something.
When it happened my sides started to hurt then after that I felt like I was going to vomit and dizzy when I drink water I felt better. probably I was dehydrated
I was doing my normal yoga routine and I started feeling really bad and started to get dizzy so I stopped I almost puked not the best day but I’ll try again using your techniques
I threw up my first time today but because I was tired from doing push-ups and was basically upside down in order to keep my knees off the ground so I got blood in my brain I think
Wish I could've found this before starting shadow boxing (weird choice of workout ik), my first session went horribly wrong. I shadow boxed for like 20 minutes and felt nauseous, vomitted once, still felt nauseos but I decided to ignore it and go to sleep because I thought it'd go away by the morning. My god. It did not. The next day of my life was HELL. Woke up feeling more sick than I was after working out, I tried going back to sleep but I felt so sh!! that I couldn't and kept having to go to the toilet at least 3 times to vomit and when I finally fell asleep and woke up I felt even WORSE and kept feeling sick for almost the whole day.
My nightmares when doing long runs 1: having to go to the bathroom 2: feeling nauseous 3: cramping Luckily I have been fortunate enough that they haven’t all happened at the same time but this morning on my 8 mile run I had 1 and 2 happen to me on my second mile lasting to my 7th mile it was horrible and now I’m here 😞 I’m also very terrified of eating during long runs to get energy because of 1 and 2. I’m very picky with what I eat before the runs as well. I had a banana this morning which is what I usually eat but the banana was trying to MURDER me today

I had this when I was a newbie at hiit .So I started off doing light simple workouts like walking for an hour and a half and doing yoga gradually incorporating hiit
Very helpful, thanks!
This helps a lot now I know how to keep pushing safely
Hapless Jim thanks for the positive feedback
That's what is happening to me now , even tho a couple of month before , i was doing even more intensity than nowadays
I'm watching this video lying down nauseous after 2minutes of working out ☹️
I do 30 minute runs a few days a week.
That is so nice!! I felt better :) even my gym instructor did not tell me this
Only happens to me on leg day! EVERY leg day and the nausea is unbearable and really screws with my workout.
You can also try splitting legs up into two separate days.
Happens to me during upper body 😢
Same dude happens every leg day.
I feel lightheaded today but normally I don’t but today OMG I FEEL SOO LIGHTHEADED
It's not a fun feeling to experience.
I threw up today running a mile at my school and I did not stop no matter how much I wanted to and I regret it and i have weight training so we did push ups sit ups and planks and by the time I got to the weight room I wanted to die
Alpha Ghost_316 that really sucks
Optimal Body Personal Training yeah I remember when I was 8 years old in P.E we would run as many laps as we could and whoever won got a bike and I easily ran 3 miles and didn’t throw up now I run half a mile and I’m dead
The main reason I quit working out because I always feel dizzy and nauseous during and after. What kind of life is that feeling crappy all the time
My man just enlightened me
just started volleyball conditioning, on my first day I threw up right when I came home. I took breaks when I knew my body could no longer catch up with everyone else.
sometime its only 3 minutes into working out, im already nauseus.
That must be it because I only get nauseous a moment after I stop intense exercise. Once I’m moving, more gently, I feel fine again.
Fr ik how ya feel
Great teacher ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅💋
Thanks. Appreciate the kind words.
Your vid helped so much I keep throwing up after my workouts or feeling so nauseous I wanna pass out I thought sun was really wrong with me
watching this in the gym locker room after throwing up for the third time after lifting
I practices martial art for years, and a month ago I moved to a foreign country. Different food, culture, weather (from 30c to 8c), irregular meal time. I started feeling nausea today after picking up only fraction of what I used to do for the first time here. Feel sucks and disappointed...
Apple BS not a fun feeing. But give it a few weeks, it will get better.
@@Optimalbodypersonaltraining Thanks man, I would definitely pick it up
Today was my first day at the gym and I threw up 30 minutes into the training.
Me too feel the same
The rest break in between is very important, whenever I skip rest and workout continuously I feel dizzyness 😵😵😵
Feel like this now tbh...started an exercise routine and started off with 100 squats and felt hot and sick after.
I did my workout and it was so hard I couldn’t catch a breath, I was also tensing a lot on my belly so it made me feel a bit sick and nauseous 🤢
That's tough, not a fun feeling.
Ughhh just got back from biking almost threw up I haven’t biked in a year and I’m dead 😵
I went biking today and threw up twice afterwards, not fun at all. I feel ya
Thank you so much, this helped
I was doing my normal yoga routine and I started feeling really bad and started to get dizzy so I stopped I almost puked not the best day but I’ll try again using your techniques
I threw up my first time today but because I was tired from doing push-ups and was basically upside down in order to keep my knees off the ground so I got blood in my brain I think
Wait so should i stop when i reach this point because rn im dizy and kinda feel to trow up i lift weights on the arms and legs
ᎯᏒᎷᎽ -ᏴᎱᏚ it’s a choice you can keep going if you don’t mind feeling those things. But for most people they probably are better served to stop.
Thank you
Yesterday was my first time in the gym and I might have pushed it a little too far considering I went searching for this video
They kept picking me up at LA I played at least 7 games back to back no rest so that explains it plus I didn't eat all day.. recipe for disaster
My nightmares when doing long runs
1: having to go to the bathroom
2: feeling nauseous
3: cramping
Luckily I have been fortunate enough that they haven’t all happened at the same time but this morning on my 8 mile run I had 1 and 2 happen to me on my second mile lasting to my 7th mile it was horrible and now I’m here 😞
I’m also very terrified of eating during long runs to get energy because of 1 and 2. I’m very picky with what I eat before the runs as well. I had a banana this morning which is what I usually eat but the banana was trying to MURDER me today
