The best Digimon here is MagnaAngemon since he can deflect the enemies attack and instant ko'ed enemies that enter his Heaven's Gate... Gallantmon is also a good choice since his lightning strike penetrates the enemies, combine it with that iron first makes him really strong... Lilymon also one of the best here and again with the helf of iron fist, her dancing flower and flower cannon dmg will be very deadly...
Fun fact to people who haven't played this game, Diaboromon ultimate skill(ULT) If it hits you while your playing a digivolved character, It would de-digivolve you back to a previous evolve state

Well, to be fair, there were times when both WarGreymon and BlackWarGreymon used smaller versions of Terra Force and Terra Destroyer. Then again, those were rarely shown. Digimon is all about being flashy with their attacks after all.
@@赤ゲキ I don't take away your reason or discredit your point, but Terra Force and Giga Destroyer could easily be the Ultimates of both, Malomyotismom's Ultimate is something that affects all Digimon and even affects the background, Duskmon's Ultimate is a huge wave that has a huge Hitbox, I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to make Wargreymom and Black Wargreymom use their ultimates by jumping, charging both and launching an energy sphere crossing from point X, where they are, to point Y that it would be the end of the scenario, it was just to cross objects, leave something programmed so that it wouldn't hit 2 times, or you would be hit in the middle of the sphere's path or at the end of it if you hit the Hitbox, anyway, I'm almost sure that it would be possible and it would be more interesting, hey, Wargreymom is the Digimon of one of the protagonists and the "Red Power Ranger", they could have given better attention.

They want players to have chances to dodge or get away. But I guess to balance that, the build up will be a bit slow to give players and the CPU chances to dodge before Terra Force and Terra Destroyer are completed like in DRA1 where many times I have noticed the CPU jumping away and all that to avoid getting hit. Also, MaloMyotismon’s Pandemonium is mostly useless against CPU, only effective against Players whose controls are messed up.

You forgot to include the attack when you press (-> + X) while in mid air. Only some characters have though.
