I think I allow fear and doubt to take over. Being 50 something, I put limits on what I can do.

    My top take aways
    1. Mindset- practice thinking well
    2. All situations-events have purpose
    3. Stay in the game- don't sideline
    4. Go with some faith - let confidence develop as future unfolds

This interview went by so quickly! I've been presented with an opportunity recently, to achieve financial and personal freedom by being my own boss in a field that helps others obtain the same which is exciting and terrifying at the same time. I know I am capable but fear has me questioning everything. I have always had a boss to answer to and have zero desire to continue on that path.
I am a believer and I'm doing my due diligence before taking the next step towards what I have been wanting all along. This podcast came RIGHT ON TIME and has helped me gain confidence with moving towards living a more fulfilled life with purpose. Thank you!

Look up a supplement called Nattokinase, specifically the one with fermented soy. It helps keep your blood normal, not thin or thick, also has been shown to dissolve blood clots.
