Audio codecs maybe are different, otherwise everything would be broadcasted in binaural. There is a reason as to why it only works with headphones and not speakers.

After years of watching these, I wonder why binaural audio is not the standard. I get it for voices, but for anything else binaural is so much better.
I'm assuming it's not usually worth the effort and most people could care less. It's too bad because it's great and I wish there was more.
