I'm 6 months pregnant and watching this and seeing Judge Francesco telling his inspectors to be very gentle and kind with her because she's expecting warmed my heart.
My daughter was bullied mercilesslyy in school because she has a speech impediment. She also tried to take her life at one time. She is now 24 and going to college for criminal justice and has a lot of self confidence and I am so proud of her! I pray for that mom and her daughter! Judge Caprio has some hearing loss. He's really not insensitive like that. My impression is that he just didn't understand that part of what she said, but I'm sure someone made it known to him later. If it had been information directly affecting the case in a way that he would need detail, one of the officers of the court would have interjected at the time. If you'll notice, after she told him about her daughter, Inspector Quinn nodded as if to say "Her story is righteous." I'm thinking the judge glanced in his direction to get that cue. Again, it's supposition, but I'd be willing to stake money on it. He's really a kind man.

Well as you know from dealing with Judges that majority of them who supposedly want "Justice served" they don't really care about the people or getting to the bottom of what happened. As long as law enforcement got a case and prosecutors trying their best to incriminate people rather than getting to the bottom of what really happened, then you better get a GOOD lawyer who doesn't sleep with the system 🤔

Obviously if you're on the end of wrong ot wouldnt be as easy to see. We a judge Zamitis and he is the sweetest most caring judge. He tries to help as many people as possible. He understands the public isn't educated in the law, and understands that can be an excuse. There's also a judge Kelly and he is also the nicest judge and my husband an attorney works with him often. He also married us, at his request. I can go on on many more. But yes there are some with a God complex

I deal with judges often. It's refreshing to see such a caring, humble and respectful judge. She choose a great name.
Well as you know from dealing with Judges that majority of them who supposedly want "Justice served" they don't really care about the people or getting to the bottom of what happened. As long as law enforcement got a case and prosecutors trying their best to incriminate people rather than getting to the bottom of what really happened, then you better get a GOOD lawyer who doesn't sleep with the system 🤔
@@glowysinger928 I work with judges and referees as well. You have your hard asses, but there are a lot more judges like Frank than you think. Obviously if you're on the end of wrong ot wouldnt be as easy to see. We a judge Zamitis and he is the sweetest most caring judge. He tries to help as many people as possible. He understands the public isn't educated in the law, and understands that can be an excuse. There's also a judge Kelly and he is also the nicest judge and my husband an attorney works with him often. He also married us, at his request. I can go on on many more. But yes there are some with a God complex

Start adding some jail time to bullying and it will dissipate.
