Mine arrived on Tuesday. All set up in garage waiting for inspection today. I will see if I can duplicate this later today. Thanks Rod. Hopefully out on the water fishing Monday
Brandon be interesting your take on the boat, Looking at buying one myself what size did you go for and what engine will you be running ? thanks for any feed back
@@davecox900 the boat is great. Been in the ocean fully loaded with the wife, fishing gear and 40l eski, in about 1.5 m swell. It handled it great. Unfortunately I was unable to get a 15hp 2 stroke when I needed it so went for the 15hp 4 stroke. It is to heavy to make the packaging away easy. The boat packs away as easy as the inflation, takes about 15minutes. But lifting 52kgs of motor un and out of car is a pain. 2 stroke is about 30kgs so will try and get a second hand one. Overall very happy with the boat.
This is exactly what I have been doing, and although I have inflated and deflated the boat at least 100 times i could never get it that tight, get pretty close but that is master in action, but the envelope bag is pretty forgiving so I am pretty happy.
Don`t underestimate True Kit. Just bought a Kolibri cat, just because of the high send costs. And the difference in the little details is stunning. You can see True Kit is developed by experience. Like the Mercedes of the PVC-cats
Yes, I would recommend dropping it down to around half pressure if its for a long period. If it is only week to week you can leave it at normal pressures
If you were going to be storing away for a while, it is best to store it dry. If there are shorter gaps between uses, most people don't bother. To actually get the boat dry though you need to get the salt off the boat if you are using it in salt water
You make this look much easier than when I do it 😂 - thanks Rod
Thanks for this vid been struggling with this for years! Still loving my Discovery. Great tender!
Year 4 still loving my discovery what a great tender for my Sailing Yacht!

Just bought a Takacat 380 for our trip around Aus and have now seen this video. Wishing I had bought a True Kit just for the backup / bags.
Next time!

Great video on deflation, and pack-up Pretty easy...What's the min and max on outboard engine size for this model???
Maximum outboard for this model is 20hp. 5hp would be a reasonable minimum. Thank you
Great video Rod👍. if storing the boat inflated should should the pressure be lowered?

@TRUE KIT INFLATABLES thanks
Is there a bag for the seats and flooring as well?
Yes they come with 2 bags
Is the registration of your boats possible in Europe? (Do you provide all the necessary things like: letter of conformity , ce-sign and so on?)
Yes documentation is supplied
Where are these boats made?
Where did you put the floor?
The floor packs down into its own seperate carry bag
Great vid, so transporting by car, deflate while still wet, get home inflate to dry then re pack?

@@TRUEKITINFLATABLES Thankyou for the reply excellent service.
Would it cause damage if the floor was left in place?
You can fold the boat with the floor in place but it will be a bigger package and won't fold as neatly
