"Old Man Of Aran", "The Man of Aran", yeahan interesting film if you can spare an hour or two watching the a group of Irish Islanders in the ancient world. You will kick yourself that you ever missed that one.
A good interview, Nik's really at ease and having a good banter with Sarah, she's quite a good interviewer and respectful. Plus, she's got really nice sandals - high heels are nice, but to me sandals look more casual and comfortable and carefree, especially during an interview. Heels sometimes come over as too formal.
I can relate to what he says about the chorus in "Won't let the sun go down". It always struck me as odd and out of place. Ruins a nice 80s, tense verse.
I must admit that Nik Kershaw was someone that I'd never given much thought about after the mid-80s, but there seems to be a fair bit of musicianship and substance behind him. I'm more of a fan of his now than I was in the 80s.
The melodies were amazing and he was a cutie of course. Met him when i was 12 (1983) after me and my best friend had just seen him in concert. He gave us his autograph. Love you Nik ❤

A lot of the 80's sucked - the Hair in particular, and the fashion. Most of the music sucks, too, but Nik wrote some good stuff then.
