- In this Gnucash Quick Start tutorial, I will walk you through the Anatomy of a very basic invoice, focusing only on the simple features needed to produce a Simple Sales Receipt for transactions paid in full at the time of purchase.
I like the way you teach, congratulations!
Thank you! 😃
God bless you, you made great videos about GNUCash, together with this app I'm using Stock and inventory simple to manage my small business.
I thank you so much for your clear tutorials. ❤
Thank You! I am so glad you found them helpful!!
Very clear, thank you.
You are welcome! I am so gld you found the video helpful;!
Would love to see a video on processing a credit invoice. Also, instructions on how to export transaction data to excel.
I am working on the tutorial you requested on how to export transaction data to excel, I should have it completed soon. The other one processing credit invoice I have a couple other tutorials I have to finish first before I will be able to get to it.
@@thebusybeepost4027 Thank you very much. Your tutorials are great. I learn so much from them.
Thanks
You are welcome! Than you for the feedback! Be sure to check out the latest video I just added on how to apply sales tax to the Invoices you create in GnuCash.
Hi, can you do a video on correcting posting errors. I have put the wrong date on an invoice so it wasn't showing up in the correct month. I unposted the invoice and changed the date but now the customer is showing a prepayment amount in the original date. Thank you for your videos.
What I would suggest is to go back to before the error occurred. You can use back up and restore to start a new file that would allow you to proceed from before the error occurred. Here is the video on back up and restore. th-cam.com/video/-0sI2WkRSLI/w-d-xo.html
I have suscribed and have really benefitted from your tutorials. I am trying to create a report of all expenses by vendor. I only see where I can select one vendor at a time. Can you help me?
Yes, you are can use the Reports, then Transaction reports feature to generate a full list of your vendors.
I hate to be needy, but I am! Can you show how to backup gnucash and how to retrieve and reinstall the software in the event of a disaster. Thanks
