If it's on windows then, go to settings.ini file and add the following in stuff: gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme=true And save the file. Close the gnucash of its running or launch the gnucash.
The R field is for Reconcile , I am working on a new tutorial now that will be out between today and tomorrow that will explain how that field is used when reconciling your accounts.
My electricity bill and my gas bill come from the same company. The send me two bills at the same time. However, when I pay online, it is one credit card payment for both bills. I'd like to have an account for electricity and another one for gas. In other words, the one payment, say $300, has to be split into two different accounts, say $100 for gas and $200 for electricity. How do I do this? I am presently studying Financial Accounting and really enjoying it. I'd like to use GNU cash for my personal finances to keep track of everything. Please advise!
Thank you so much for the videos... they're so helpful! Would you please cover at some time how to deal with payroll's process? Cheers

Thank You! I believe you can change the theme. The best place to ask that question is the Gnucash forum or check the Gnucash Wiki...
