I can't remember if we've done a review on their pizza or not. These videos are all running together.

I miss the 80's and our local pizza place that made Stromboli. They were huge for the money and he made his own sauce. Soooooo delicious! I'll add that to my Penny to try list but, I'm adding some mozzarella to it and some marinara sauce to dip in. Blessings and love to you and your Dad ❤
It you like saucy I'd definitely say dipping your favorite marinara is the way to go.
I've never seen the strombolis before but the screaming sicilian pizzas are really good. Cool video PEACE.

I agree with the below reviewer ! Their pizza's are THE BEST frozen on the market and really do taste like they came from a pizzeria. Also, the stromboli mambo is $5.49 for 10 oz 's. Whereas their manbo pizza is $5.99 for 24 oz's. Thus with the pizza you get more bang for your buck 🙂! Great video, loved loved loved your dad's cheese pull and loved that you both think Screaming Sicilian is multa deliziosa ! M.
We are really liking the Screamin Sicilian brand.
Butter brushed on with shaker Parmesan after it bakes is a game changer. Try it! Highly recommend. Their pizza is great too 15:15

I have always thought screamin Sicilian was a good frozen pizza. Have never tried these but now I know which one I would get. 549 seems like a lot but as you said there has been a lot of inflation and this might be enough for 2 people. Very helpful review Penny and Dad!
You could share one and then have a side like salad with it. If you have a huge appetite you won't want to share. Lol.

Several years ago I purchased their pizzas & thought they were very good. I have thought about getting the Strombolis but currently I have been in to French Bread Pizzas which are kind of similar. I also really like Walmart Great Value brand version of Pepperoni Hot Pockets. Great Value Brand is alot better than the name brand. But I will definitely keep in mind your review on the Strombolis.
Walmarting great value and kroger brand items are as good or better than big name brand items.
I like the pizza and i will definitly try the stromboli thank you for such a great review god bless you both

That Stromboli surprised us for being a frozen product.
@@pennystwocents I eat a lot of asian food, all kinds. One of my favorite things are pork buns. I have discovered a frozen version of them which, like the strobili, are very good for a frozen product. Not to compare to a fresh one from the bakery, but for a frozen version, not bad at all.

I made some homemade strombolies awhile ago, and they tasted really good. I've tried these before, and I love them, I'd give the strombolies a 9.7 out of 10.
Homemade Stromboli would be yummy. We were shocked how good those frozen Stromboli were.

Those look good...probably $6 in my state ( WA ). Everything is more expensive on the west coast, because....of reasons...lol. I'm gonna give those a try tho. Add a side salad and walla...nice dinner!

The Italiano does look and sound better. I like to serve Stromboli on a plate with some warm marinara and Parmesan cheese on top.

screamin sicilian is based in wisconsin, one of the cheese capitols of the usa. interesting that the mambo italiano was so much better. i'll see if my kroger or walmart has these. for the price, i didn't care much for their pizza, didn't feel it was worth the extra $$$ vs other frozen pizza, but I love stromboli/calzones so it's worth a shot!
We really liked that mambo Italiano. Wisconsin that saids it all. The cheese was so good in that one.

I havent tried their stromboli, but have tried their pizzas. I quite liked their pepperoni pizza, but their meat lovers style pizza was way too salty.
These Stromboli weren't to salty. Or I would have pointed that out. Frozen food usually is to salty for me too.
