Best wireless headphones I've used. The custom EQ is just such a nice feature aswell - used it mainly for FPS games, but you can customize it to whatever game you play.
It’s really great for footstep tracking, however the dongle setup process took over 15mins, and every 15-20mins the audio goes all crackly and degrades so badly you have to unplug and plug it back in to reset it so it starts working again, overall very frustrating so I’ve started a return although I wanted to keep it
I updated to 1.0.6 I think it was - took about 10mins - so the headphones are updated but the dongle really does have issues, I can handle the bad setup process but the intermittent sound issues during game is a dealbreaker- my Blackshark v2 is totally fine for over a year
OK so the dongle updater worked fine, however again more problems. The app now wants me to update to 2.0 - however I’ve just wasted 50+minutes trying to update. It gets to 100, then scans, reconnect then fails - iPhone 15 pro max. Also, I have tried to use android, the app won’t even connect to the headset - it’s a highly frustrating experience. Why can’t there be a Windows app, connect cable then update, I have to wait 10-15 mins every time before it fails

How good is the ANC? Is it like airpods max/bose/sony headphones level ANC?
@@Pongoboy3 it’s better imo. I has both passive and active noise cancellation, so it’s really snuck and then there is the ANC on top of that
-Will this wireless headset work with 3.5 cable without pressing the power button?
- Will the sound quality be as same as bluetooth mode?
Always need to be powered on, due to built in hardware such as DSP.

When was the last time you updated firmware? We are releasing an app for updating the dongle as well, so you should have this issue solved soon.

i got these headphones as a gift any more updates besides being wireless?
Better ANC, custom eq profiles and more updates to come in the app.
