I don't like "futuristic" houses,,,i think they're overdone and as a result overpriced,,,ps the type of management here in Kenya is very pathetic so incase of need to fix anything,, it's going to be a hell merry-go-round,,,but the design is extremely beautiful,,, you can definitely pick up a few Nick nacks here and there for a way better custom build,,,i loved the vlog
The backyard is super small. Very congested and looks more like an apartment. I don't know if it is because I have seen much better $1m houses. I love space more nature like area. I'll definitely pass.
