Great videos! Keep going and be encouraged. Your content is way better produced than some videos that have more traction. Your Jeep videos give me goals for things to do with my jeep someday.

Ahhh, thank you so very much for those kind words. Don't worry, we are still out there and we will be uploading content that we think is meaningful and our own take on van life. With our Jeep in tow now, maybe there will be more episodes that involve Pearl. She's got a few aftermarket items attached to her now to help get us out of trouble so we can be more adventurous exploring the great outdoors. Cheers!

Hello Kim and Jerry! We enjoy meeting fellow Youtbers and explorers! We will be going full-time in a tent soon. I hope this is not the end since we just met you guys!! The kayaking footage with the music was pretty nice! Gorgeous campsite... He looks like a night crawler - we used to pick those at night after it rained. They would come out of the ground and stretch themselves out like that. Your new home is beautiful! Glad you will still be making videos! Looking forward to more of your adventures!! ~Terry and Terri

Hello there! Oh no, we are not stopping anytime soon. We are going strong! In the Pacific Northwest now and will float with the wind towards the southeast during winter. Our “silly little films” will still be released here and there. What we really should do is make a reality show style channel that shows what everyday vanlife (OUR version of vanlife) is. As I type this, Kim is doing her morning exercises in the aisle of the van (if you can believe a person could actually do this) because of rain and 50 mph winds outside are brutal. Van was rocking and rolling all night long. We love weather like that. I don’t think our reality van life channel would be popular though. Problem is that we don’t have a lot of negative drama and anguish in our life. And we all know that the algorithm just loves that kind of stuff. Two happy people in a happy little van living a happy little life just doesn’t get the clicks. You know, maybe I will do an experiment episode(s) where we just show a typical day. However, as we said in this episode, we are not trying to create a large channel or wanting to have a job. But I might like to have a few reality style episodes for ourselves to remember. If you check out our episode “Site 125”, you will get sort of an idea of what I would like to do. Site 125 is my absolute most favoritist film I have ever made. It’s pure and so full of subtle emotion that only a handful will be able to pick up. Thanks for joining us on our journey!

@@VanLifeByTheRiver I would love a "reality" show about everyday life on the road. A lot of people think they have to do big cinematic videos but I just want real life on the road. That is what we will try to do. I will definitely be checking out more of your videos! ;-) Thank you for joining us as well!

Haven’t got any notifications for several months on your channel so today looking up old channels I follow I found yours. It’s been awhile. Man has your channel improved a lot. Audio too!!! People don’t know how much time is spent in the edit stuff, a long with the filming to make a video. Hate to hear your stepping back alittle. But that’s cool I did that on my main channel about 2 years ago and unlisted about half of my old stuff. Should just kill the channel but I haven’t yet. Soon I think I’ll be jumping on the new one big time. Anyway I to have a tow behind as well. Got to set up alot of things before I jump out there in the RoadTrek. Hope you continue doing videos your real and it shows. Hope the TH-cam gods pick up on your stuff and start pushing it. Your new 5th wheel is awesome. Merry Christmas 🎄 and hope y’all have a great new year. Note I thought I saw your RoadTrek behind a class A a very long time ago at a truck stop some where I can’t remember. Hope to meet up with y’all on the road somewhere in the future.🎩

Thank you my friend! Merry Christmas to you as well. We will continue to put out new video here and there and it will be sporadic based on inspiration. Our travels continue and we are having a blast. Things have slowed down as we are spending much time with family in SoCal for the holidays. But we will head out in early January for some fun in the sun in Arizona. We are interested in heading down into Mexico for a different perspective on life. Our Florida trip has been put on hold as we hang out west where we belong the most. We are doing well and it appears the same with you. Thank you for checking in!

I love the theme song from "on Golden pond" filmed here in New Hampshire where I have lived my whole life. I'm very disappointed that you have no videos of you camping in New Hampshire,..

On Golden Pond is such a special film that is very near and dear to our hearts. That is the one and only song that Jerry learned to play on the piano, just because. However, we did honor your state with our episode, "Mountain Top Rescue". Incredible beauty and a surprise ending for us on our adventure up Mount Washington. Thank you for joining us!

We are struggling on the decision on whether or not to sell our Star Valley Lot and use our converted sprinter van more, but you inspire us to do both. We keep our fifth wheel on the RV lot all summer and the room is a luxury compared to the Van but our view is not as gorgeous as yours. Safe travels this winter.

Your Star Valley lot is a little slice of Heaven. I would keep it forever. Even when you are not using it, you can rent it out for big money now so it ends up not costing you a thing. Of course, if your RV stays on the site permanently, then this would be impossible to do, BUT I would still keep ahold of that site because Star Valley is a special location.
We do have a particularly nice view being on the exterior circle. Having two lots side by side creates a spaciousness and relaxed feeling. I agree that having the larger room of the 5th wheel is a luxury and we love it! But just for the summer temporarily. I get itching to get back out on the road in the van. The peacefulness of our back country excursions in the adventure van brings a happiness to us that can’t be had any other way. It’s a great feeling being able to enjoy the best of all worlds by having a van as well as the large “home base” RV. Sounds to me you folks are on the right track. We will be back to SV next season. Please come by and say hello any time.
