The robot’s screen reads “BASE”. This is a feature some robot vacuums have. Returning to their charging base after they are moved.

Yes, I know, iLifes have simillar feature. Anyway, it can be annoying, you just want to remove the robot from dock to clean the brush, and suddenly it docks back. :D
