For anyone wondering about pit design and features, they can be found in the link in the description (no need to sign up and no need to pay) for the unlocked Patreon videos. This includes a 2 hour zoom call with the builder as well as other videos and photos that show the design. The pit walk-through will be a future video that is posted on TH-cam. Lastly the number to text is the customer service team. Landing page on the website will be finished up in the coming days.

Attainable at 2499.00...wtf. I agree a custom pit is best for your purposes but not at 2499.00. I designed my own pit and went to a local welding school and had the students build it under the instructor's supervision. I bought all the material and there was a 250.00 charge for labor. The best decision I ever made, if you guys are in a rural community you can go to your local high school and check with the FFA or shop teacher to get one custom built. I know my local high school FFA students built them all the time. Mine was built for less than 800.00.

There are a couple of things that really bother me about this.
First off, I want to say that I grew up in New Braunfels and have been smoking BBQ forever and I have owned my fair share of smokers. Currently I have an XL BGE, an Oklahoma Joes off set, several webers and a PitBosss pellet smoker. I’ve smoked brisket, chicken thighs, salmon and everything in between. I have also been a huge fan of this channel, until tonight.
I am SHOCKED that you actually think that $2499 is an affordable smoker for the “average” person. WT actual Fu$& are you thinking?? Let’s be real here, you’re good at what you’re doing but you ain’t Aaron Franklin.
I’m really disappointed in you my friend…….disappointed

Second thing, there’s NO SMOKE RING!!
Third you mention burnt ends then eat a piece cut from the point. No sauce or anything.
I swear folks, you can do as good of job on a $599 pellet smoker from Lowe’s and the best part, it’s set it and sleep.
If you have ever cooked on a competition bBQ team then you know what I’m saying.
Last thing, if you’re so good at this then way are you relying on TH-cam? You should have your own restaurant

Looks great but poor people have poor ways, sticking with my $179 Barrel House. Wish I had $2500 to spend on a pit but I don’t so I won’t 😂

I don't think I would ever do 4 briskets (I get why you are doing it for this video). However, I'd love to see you do a start on Saturday for Sunday afternoon BBQ. 1 Brisket, 1 pork butt (can be pulled), two or more racks of ribs. Maybe some chicken too? Ten or so people. How would you schedule that?

I got a 120 gallon offset fabricated locally (central Mississippi) for 2500 and it will hold 8 briskets easily or 12 packed in .

I've built all of my pits, and honestly with the price of materials these days, and it all being 1/4" steel, $2499 doesn't really seem to be that bad of a price for a built pit 👍

Im watching the video and see smoke leaking from the lid and the firebox, but not the stack. Why?!

I count five (5) not four (4) briskets.
I stopped the video at that point to make this comment. If Jeremey says something about the number later on in the video, never you mind about my comment. Lmao!!

I am torn. I am excited for you to pursue your dreams. I would never begrudge someone's fairly earned success. However, it was great to have a resource that you know was trying to be impartial.

Great video, really like the pit! Quick question though, I live in Louisville and was trying to figure out where you got the briskets you used in the video? They looked like nice Briskets.

Awesome new offset Jeremy, the brisket looks great. I love smoking in my back yard on an offset , but at the moment being in a budget I can't afford your new offset. Whish I could! I love it

Hey, those available to ship to Canada bro I’ve talk to you before on my Instagram. I told you a couple things I made I was just wondering if they’re gonna be able to be shipped to Canada we have a couple good buildings here, but I definitely be interested in trying when you are. That’s for sure just cause I can imagine the time that went into it to clarify a better unit unit.

Is there anything negative about smoker? Or anything you would do different? Even if it's super minor

I’m curious why you didn’t taste more than one brisket to make sure they were the same across the board. I’m also surprised you mentioned that you were nervous about the outcome. They did look good though. Can’t wait for more videos about this smoker vs others.
