6:18 the bun on top of her hair is important cause she doesn't have long enough hair so with the unicorn method the front pieces won't be too short after cutting it

Well i have watched that video by manesbymell And that bun is for her face framing bangs ... And she placed the ponytail a little back because when you place the ponytail at the very end of the forehead the unicorn cut gives a kind of mullet situation.. everytime i do the unicorn cut i Also experience the mullet thing ... But placing the ponytail a little away from the forehead it gives more even layers... You can watch her video.

I trim my split ends myself at home with hair shears when it’s curly every three months and it’s made such a difference in my hair growth process
Lana you could use Demi permanent hair color it’s the healthiest and low maintenance- depending how you color it. After doing so you should do a ovaplex treatment

I am a boy i grew my curly hair out all at once so it stil has it's natural layers that i really like, so yea when i trim it i do small twists and cut the ends. It's not really a haircut it's just a trim

The back of my hair is VERY curly ringlets etc
But the front of my hair is straight ?! Its *very* hard to style and take care of

I would recommend doing finger coiling.
In terms of turning off notifications, you can go into your phone settings and turn them off there - then the app can't turn them back on!

So iknow you probably won’t respond but idk other people might. So I am biracial and the majority of my hair is 3b and I’ve never like damaged it from anything other than not taking proper care when I was younger😂 so anyways parts of my hair are not defined (it’s not frizz it looks like damage but I can’t think of why?) anyways I’ve been properly caring for my hair for at least 5 years and even before then I was just too young to understand my hair. SOOOO I was wondering if you had anytips on how to like revive those areas? Or keep my hair mostly defined without laying flat. My hair is super long so it lays pretty flat

The key to hair scrunchies is to get the type that don't have that metal piece on it. Or the gross ones held by glue . They're literally just material. Then they don't break in my experience :).
