      Hear me out. For that kinda weight he's pushing, his form is on par. But it's not absolutely beautiful.
      The bench - his wrists are mad bent. Longterm his wrists can't handle that.
      The deadlift - butt lifted first then the weight. You can see back rounding out. My man is putting immense pressure on his L spine.
      Don't get me wrong. It's extremely impressive and I can guarantee you he's gonna break another world record. You can see it was light for him. But his form is average. With lighter weights I'm sure his form is better.

    По моему он просто пришёл на треню. Сделал свои рабочие веса и доволен) там ещё хороший запас до придела. Он пример как надо выходить на соревнования) просто нужно поднимать на 20 больше от заявленной) только когда веса встанут. Каждый килограмм прибавки на грифе,это битва с собой

      @@amdimilker5773 Not saying its foolproof but I think WADAs whereabouts program is one of the most random drug testing protocols that exists and I think russ is one of the IPF athletes who are subject to it. My understanding of it is you have to provide your full 3 month schedule every quarter and they can show up on any day unannounced and demand a drug test.

      Are you saying he's stupid? Tactically inept? Because it's very easy to get around the tests. Obviously he's not currently on a gram of deca. But there are many things you could leverage. Even within the parametres of the most extreme forms of drug tests.

    kind of weird question. but why do those red playes whoch i think r 20 kg look so small. like the plates just dont look big compared to normal liken45lb plates. Can someone explain

      the red plates are 25kg. they are thin so that weight can be loaded onto the bar in a safe way. having 4 or 5 plates on each side is common place at these events so safety needs to be considered. we have all seen gym videos of plates falling off bars during lifts. as to why they look smaller is simply down to the metal used to make them and how they are made.
