You know how important is that dancing? Very important...is use long time ago when muay thai was create. Its called waikru...means "war dancing salute your teacher or your master". who teach you this martial art. and one more important thing is very effective way to warm up your body when you are in the ring. Prepare to fight. Stretch you arm leg and everithing thats why they do it very slowly and maintain.
