Hi, you know a lot about these Janome machines. I need help. Vickie Lott posted a video, “Janome 11000 is stuck,”seeking advice. The comments to that video are disabled. I have the exact same issue. Would you know the answer to our problem?

I just paid 100.00 dollars to have the needle threader replaced . It worked 2x and stopped working , so annoying

Threading is not so..ta da..mine worked only 2 weeks before it gave up..🇨🇦
