This is adorable and I can't wait to make these for my grandkids for Christmas I try to make a new ornament every year and this will be my first crocheted one I love it Thank you❤
Simple and beautiful tutorial! I just have a question regarding right side/wrong side- are the odd number rows the right side and even number rows the wrong side or how to differentiate? Honestly both sides look similar to me
Thank you! This pattern is basically the same on both sides, so it really doesn't matter. The way I end up seaming it together puts the last row as the right side.
I wonder if you were to freeze the plastic balls prior to covering them if it would keep them from denting in? It usually stiffens the plastic up. That way it would be safer for children and pets.
Sorry, I don't. know the exact measurement after 17 rows, it's better to fit it around the ornament, to see if you need more or less rows, but here is the pattern gauge: 8 sts & 10 rows of sc working in BLO = 3.5 x 3.5 Inches with L Hook
Thank you my sister found this video and sent it to me. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us. Blessings!

Do you have an adaptation to using worsted weight yarn?
Sorry, I don’t, but it’s very easy to adjust. Just add more foundation chains and rows until you get the proper size.
What size crochet needle please in UK size xx
You'll need an 8mm crochet hook.

How do you do it with worstered weight yarn?
You would probably have to use three strands held together.
What size is the box tnx great video
If you're talking about the cake/gift box from my other video it's 8x8x4.

I'm not really sure.
I am going to stuff the insides with old pillow stuffing. Poke it in with bamboo skewer or knitting needle.
Approximately how many ornaments do you get from one skein of yarn? I can't wait to get started!!!! So happy i found your videos 😊
Thank you! Each ornament takes about 18 yards, so about 5 ornaments if using Wool Ease T&Q.
