Freaky (Very) Early Winter Weather 10-29-08

Very early snowstorm occurred late in October last year in northern Hunterdon County, NJ. We only got around 3 inches but it fell very heavy and wet. A lot of leaves were still on the trees so many trees in my area were felled by the weird weather. About 26 seconds in a deep snapping sound can be heard; a large tree not far from the house was on the verge of coming down. Thankfully it didn't! Around 40 seconds into the video you can hear a tree come down in the distance. This early snow was a sign of things to come as we've had a very cold winter!
