Love her highlighting of inner voices in the Andantino section.

What pianists lack most is that they seem to be afraid of the inner voice of the songs, but I think that in Chopin they are especially essences.

Yulianna has a very deep and close spiritual connection with Chopin. She is very forthright about that. That's why She gives to his music a unique, incomparable personal dimention.

Haven't listened to a live #2 this good since Zimmerman's. Truly remarkable.

The gentle eyelash flutter to match the recurring iambic rhythm in the Andantino is a lovely touch; not sure if it was intentional or inadvertent. Excellent control of dynamics.

It sounds like an improvisation piece, when the piece comes to the end, you don't quite realize this is the end. Well it's an interesting interpretation.

It's because she's not afraid to use bass and inner voice, as well as a unique rubato.

People think that because Chopin is "soft" there shouldn't be a lot of bass and inner voices, and a much stronger main melody but it is exactly the opposite, the melody must be softened as much as possible and not shouted, so that the richness of colors and harmony of the interior and bass voices appear.

Chopin should be played by women. Chopin adored women.
