After watching the movie I realised that what Made Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj so great
It was not that He was a King , it was because he thought we all are team and I can't afford to lose anyone because of my own safety.
On the other hand the Commanders have such loyalty towards Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj that they can't afford to lose their king
Maharaj himself was shocked to see the loyalty to the Extent that his people love him
His mother use to visit and take care of the Family of soldiers as a Family member
This was a complete two sided love and Submissive loyalty
The both sides loyalty made the dream of Swarajya come True
His inspiration was Shri Maharana Pratap who himself never lived life of a Prince instead He had friendship with the Bheel and Adivashi people and other common people of State who later helped them to defeat Mughals using the Gurilla Techenique
That's how you Rule , Just not because you're a king but because you connect to people around
that's what I learnt from our Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj's life that create a worth in such a way that people around you can't afford to lose you and you can't afford to lose them
