It is so appalling to see the quality of legal education plummeting. I hail from a family of lawyers and when my grandfather was a law student in the 1930s, there was a mandatory training period of one year when they used to really slog like how CA article do.
Before there was respect for lawyers, now there is fear for lawyers.

According to me this is a good decision that is issued by the supreme court of the country. If the law is to be prevailed in the country there needs to be true trials for which advocates are necessarily real with the quality of study and knowledge of law.

The Judiciary is the third pillar of Bharat’s democracy. While it is the responsibility of the Parliament to make laws and pass amendments to the Constitution, it is the Judiciary’s responsibility to administer it. The Judiciary House is in a mess and the SC is not doing anything about it.
