Something interesting I noticed was that the 5 missing children from the Save Them mini game was that they’re bodies were just laying on the ground and didn’t go into any animatronic. So their Remnant probably turned into Shadow Bonnie and Shadow Freddy. Either that or Shadow Bonnie and Shadow Freddy are one in the same…

I was always torn between the Toys just having their facial scanners messed with, or being possessed through the withereds parts being in them, as I’ve been really stubborn with the Save Them mini game Purple Guy stating “You Can’t” meaning Charlie couldn’t save the DCI kid’s spirits. Either because Afton managed to take the DCI souls for himself somehow or because there wasn’t any metal for the souls to bind to, to create Remnant.
You forgot to point out that Toy Freddy has glowing eyes when he enters the office, and Mangle has her glowing eyes when she’s in the area where Balloon Boy is at. As for a toy Bonnie, there is a rare screen showing him without any eyes. So yeah, I do think the toys are possessed, but not by the MCI, but rather the DCI. Even the save them mini game has us playing as withered Freddy, following the puppet. But there’s an issue. If we go to kids cove in that mini game, Mangle is walking around, where as the toys are just standing at the show stage. When William attacks Freddy, we get a message that reads, “you can’t” on the bottom left. It seems the puppet was asking to save the kids that were murdered in the FNAF 2 location. As for the shadows, I can see your point that they’re the agony representations of the murdered kids, which explains why we last saw shadow Freddy in FNAF 6. Because the kids souls were set free, shadow Freddy was taken away. This would explain why we see shadow Bonnie in FNAF AR. Because the kids never got proper closure, Shadow Bonnie stuck around. It’s also interesting to how he’s some kind of guardian of the dark remnant, but he only attacks when you have too much. Almost as if he’s making sure no other entity becomes powerful from the dark remnant?
Unless this was the retcon Scott mentioned. He did say he retconned one thing in FNAF, so who’s to say it was the date when the MCI were murdered? And the Save Them mini game was originally supposed to be them, but Scott decided to change it?

This theroy actually makes sense and i like the idea of the souls possessing the withered and toys were combined to create the fnaf 1 animatronics it's a good theroy to but when afton dismantled the animatronics only 5 souls came out not 11 unless afton already transferred the mci into the funtimes then it would make sense why only 5 souls show up there and not 11 either the mci or dci get extracted in the funtimes and then the other 5 attack afton but thats just my thoughts
@@doll9340 I'm not sure about ballora being Aftons wife but what I am saying is that the FNAF 1 animatronics are being possessed by both MCI and dci and then in follow me, Afton takes the MCI remnant and transfers it to the funtimes animatronics . So the missing children would be possessing the funtimes ( besides baby) and the the dci would be the souls that attacked Afton and got him spring locked
For me it’s just a simple thought as it is an AI that is making them aggressive (being tampered) but also the Marionette controlling them since the toys alone glow white dots at the near same size
Before watching, I'd say it's both A.I. and Hauntings. I think it always has AI regardless, it just mixes with hauntings. How the toys are haunted can have three ways. No soul but lots of agony, part of the MCI souls due to repurposed parts from the withereds, the DCI souls. Heck, maybe all three on top of the AI.
The AI likely wasn’t there to harm anyone but rather have William get away with the DCI murders aswell, they even know someone messed with their ai so it’s implied the ai was fixed at this point.
Another point is After their original confinement to parts and service as phone guy mentions the Withereds WERE Retrofitted with modern technology explaining away the seeming lack of lost parts as they would have had new parts installed in other places to make up for the ones taken, Bonnie's facial recognition scanner making up for his lack of eyes for example.
Just a thing you forgot IG Mangle may not be considered a Toy Not just because she is present in FFD, that's even before FNAF4 and FNAF 2 are after FNAF 4 Another reason I found is that Mangle have an Endoskeleton... I mean, if it isn't proved by Scott, I really don't see toys having endos, just a bunch of plates and pieces

If I recall in FNAF 2 they stated they started acting strange after they were repaired using parts from the Withered ones. Which does make sense, Sister Location had the similar thing. All those animatronics were possessed due to having some parts from the OG ones inside them. A bolt, a screw, a wire, etc.
I suspected that afton stuffed the kids inside the Withered since no one would notice them since they would be in parts and services. They could be possessed by the Puppet, her influence affecting the rest of the toys, given she would mostly be in her box, she could have partially possessed the toys to act as her eyes, hence the similar glow.
I thought either the spirits of the withered animatronics were somehow transferring their soul into the toys (but it’s easy to tell that that’s completely wrong), or they just have screwed up ai systems.
i love this theory but i dont think that the fire freed there souls because Cassidy is keeping Afton alive after the fire meaning Cassidy's soul survived the fire and we also know that burning the metal will just fuse the remnant and metal. but everything else is in this theory are fantastic.
Tbh the other reason why the DCI weren’t brought up again after FNaF2 until the Into the Pit Game came out is because it’s meant to explain something in FNaF2 specifically and it has no reason to when there’s no relevance to it.
If the toy animatronics are possessed I'm sure JJ is possessed too because in the save them mini game we see six piles of blood and five kids but the kids were not moved at random so there are six kids
i just had another thought about what happened to the withereds after fnaf 2. in the fnaf 3 minigames after each night. everyone assumes it's the fnaf 1 location. but there is multiple things wrong with this. 1, there is no kitchen. 2, theres no storage closet. 3,the tables are in a different arrangement 4, bonnie is the same colour and shape as withered bonnie. (he also has buttons which fnaf 1 bonnie doesn't) 5, chicas beak is the same shape as withered chicas. 6, foxy's legs are mysteriously repaired. 7, in the fnaf 3 location. the fnaf 1 animatronics shells are already there on night 1. but they go to another location and find springtrap on night 2. if he was springlocked in the fnaf 1 location they would have been found at the same time. 8, freddy also has buttons on his chest but fnaf 1 freddy doesn't another big thing to take note is the boarded up "toilets" by the safe room. why are they boarded up?. they don't board up random rooms in abandoned buildings. i know this from personal experience. but do you know what is usually boarded up in abandoned buildings?. the entrance. what everyone is assuming is the toilets to me looks more like a boarded up entrance. also relating to one of my earlier comments about foxy go go go. since the area around pirates cove looks the same in the fnaf 1 location and the fnaf 3 minigame location. this could mean that the mci victims in the foxy go go go minigame in fnaf 2 could be either location as they have the same layout. however if we look at foxy's legs in foxy go go go we can see that he has brown shorts and endoskeleton legs. meaning its the fnaf 1 foxy.

Just one thing, William only stuffed corpses on the withered animatronics and let the bodies of 1987 close to the toys but out of the cameras sight. While Puppet was busy guiding the souls of the Withereds to the withereds, the toys souls was going all alone to the toy animatronics. On foxy go go go minigame it is the MCI of 1985 and in the save them minigame in is the DCI of 1987(just watch, there will be people coming with excuses saying no)
The endoskeleton quote in fnaf 2 was a theory since no technician understood the glitch that effected the toys and phone guy in fnaf 1 said the same issue was “probably” happening too to the original animatronics since fnaf 1 is a sequel to fnaf 2
in night 1 the phone guy says they will attack people who did crimes and mentioned the player stole a car a while ago and says they should be careful and when he says someone may of tampered with the animatronics that's the awnser to why your still being attacked as the 2 person you play as.

The MCI happened in 1985 meaning, not only that the Name of CC is implied to be Garett as we see in Plane from the Movie in the “Killer’s Office”, also it’s implied Garett died from the Bite and doesn’t even possess anything because he’s shattered.
The toy animatronics have an advanced criminal database and they attack because william the former employee killed the daughter (Charlie) of his coowner (Henry) and they were hostile towards all the staff because they didn't know who did it since the murder was done in a suit. The possession we see could just be the remnant/agony left behind that the toys picked up from the withereds and the last killing. This is the simplest thing I can come up with. I love hearing other people's theories and evidence against my own theories so if anyone has anything interesting to add on please do. Great video!
Into the pit has an alternate save them mini game. Before I get ragged on (again) for restating this I will explain the format of the Fnaf 2 mini games; They are a variety of memories of the animatronics displayed in NO CERTAIN timeline order. Foxy Go! Go! Go! For example Can't Show the DCI because of the fact that Foxy was active throughout. The last possible times he was active according to the Phone Guy's well kept records would've been 1985-86 as the restaurant seems smaller(It has less party rooms for example.)and there's no indication of the toy animatronics existing.(Mangle would have his cove for example.) Save them in Fnaf 2 seems more awkward to explain but the toys on the showstage are INACTIVE something they wouldn't be in 1987. Phone guy specifically states that during the 1987 game play of Fnaf 2 the toys had 'no proper night mode',etc, so they would be roaming around like Freddy, Puppet, Mangle and Golden Freddy in that mini game. yet ONLY the withereds and Mangle are functional aside from the guiding Puppet. This puts that mini game in just about pre 1987 because it must take place when the withereds were concealed and used for parts, Which they were to complete the toys, the toys on stage were unfinished at this time as they DO NOT function. This has Mangle recieving the first 'donation' of salvage parts.(Most likely from Chica, given the Custom night known as 'Ladies Night'.)Mangle is also not in it's intended room when you pass it by, which is another oddity. I'm sorry to say but logically Fnaf 2 save them should be about 1986 not 87. But there's also no reason it couldn't be the tail end of 85 either given the shutdown time required for the rebrand and the on-site development of the new animatronics. On to the alternate version and it's prize, the alternate version of save them doesn't seemingly bear a name as a mini game, unlike it's 'Namesake', but it's prize does, it's a music clip Called 'Save Them'. What you have to do is collect a group of children from around a restaurant/maze(In a layout very similar to Fnaf 2) and avoid Spring Bonnie who spawns when you get the group following you. If you make it to the exit with the complete group in tow you get a congratulatory message thanking you for 'Saving all of the Children.' and you get your music prize. Failure to do so, by Spring Bonnie catching you, results in a game over for the mini game and having to try again. The requirement(s) for the DCI is that they happen after the MCI, the classic Freddy's band animatronics in both into the pit and Fnaf 2 have to be possessed BEFORE the DCI is attempted. The Spring Bonnie suit is another necessary feature and the last feature is that phone guy's calls are older than one would think, he is constantly used to train new employees throughout the franchise, even after his death and his calls are ALWAYS PRE-RECORDED and exist before the MC/PC even gets a job at Freddy's. Phone guy's infamous 'Yellow Suit' call may actually NOT even be referring to a murder(s), as the suit's presence simply angers the mascots. Someone wore the suit and the mascots went visibly berserk and couldn't be controlled by the staff. The later lockdown seems more to do with the tampering with the toys given phone guy's explanations of the animatronics activities at night. Somebody broke in first of all, tampered with the toys facial recognition and Stole a yellow suit from the back. That's enough reason alone to shutdown temporarily and get a police investigation as there's at least 3 big crimes committed there alone. The DCI is most likely if still canon a 1985(Very late)- 1986 event due to the events required to build up to it. The toys Definitely got salvage from the Withereds though which is what is making them possessed, that is stated categorically in game and happens pre-1987 so would explain why the toys 'Glitch' during their first and ONLY ever active week in 1987. (Literally your week is the ONLY week they ever worked and they are scrapped because of the 'Bite of '87'. It happened in broad daylight at a party after all, so some poor kid had their birthday ruined because a robot savaged an adult.)

The Save them contradiction wasn't a liked thing in my previous version of the comment so I ended up deleting it because of the timeline issues it caused. But this one is staying, everything I remember from Fnaf 2 and everything I learned watching into the pit play throughs is mentioned fully, so I needn't go further down the rabbit hole. All my evidence is there and people can believe what they will. I just like to share the things I notice and the implications they may have on the lore.
Well based on what he said I only thought that the system is malfunction. How is it happened? Probably those withered animatronic the one who did it or someone who knows the story that done it for revenge I guess
6:52 that actually just gave me a thought. what if the fnaf 2 and fnaf 1 animatronics aren't even the same. maybe they did scrap the withereds with the toys. which would make sense because in fnaf 3 we see withered foxy's arm in the box of animatronic shells. which wouldn't be possible if they were the same animatronic. which would also make sense as in fnaf 3's audio tapes. in the first set of records about an incident at the "sister location". implying that there were only 2 locations. however later on we hear that the saferooms were being sealed at "all" locations implying that when the first mci happened there was more than 1 location. i believe the location which had the springlock incident was at the fnaf 2 location around 1984/1985 which caused it to close. the newly opened fnaf 1 location. then the mci 1 happened in the into the pit location with the withereds. which is now technically canon to the games and made even more evident by the fact that a lot of the posters in fnaf 3 are present in this location but not the others. the withereds were then moved to the fnaf 2 location where they then had the reopening in 1987. then the second mci happened causing the fnaf 2 location to close. the only problem is that if this is correct. we don't know when the fnaf 1 location opened and we don't know when its mci happened. it probably opened around 1984/1985 and closed in december 2003. it is definitely an old location. you can tell by the walls and cobwebs

Unlike the 87 victim who survived. The location in fnaf 4 is fredbears. We never see freddy bonnie chica or foxy. The only thing Scott ever retconed was the fnaf 4 dream theory.

Fnaf 2 animatronics are the same as fnaf 1 animatronics but fnaf 1 animatronics are upgraded so maybe the withereds see you as an endoskeleton and fnaf 1 wants revenge because they are smarter from upgrades and fnaf 2 is when william killed the 5 children and stuffed them in the withered bodies so the same spirits that controls the withereds are the same ones that controlled fnaf 1 animatronics
yes, some of the toys do have glowing eyes, keyword: SOME. maybe some of the toys are possessed but not all of them. BB doesn't have glowing eyes, toy Freddy doesn't have glowing eyes, and toy bonnie doesn't have glowing eyes. (toy Freddy's black eyes don't count) and even if all the toys were possessed at the end of the video you said that the spirits in the toys combined souls with the withered animatronics, but if that were the case wouldn't we see 9 spirits in the backroom not 5, it just doesn't make sense. I do think mangle was used for Mr. Cupcake due to the pastry's erratic behavior.

Although I've been following the lore since day 1, there is one thing I still don't understand. If FNAF 2 takes place before FNAF 1, how did they get the original animatronics so they could be stripped for parts? Surely they wouldn't exist yet?
In the time fredbear still existed as a funciontal animatronic(1983) there were the unwithered animatronics that were basically the withered from fnaf 2 but in their original design.

The withed animatronics are different from the regular animatronics because withed foxy is different snout than regular foxy snout And withed chica beak is different than regular chicas beak.
*THEORY:* Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy are *not* possessed at the time of fnaf 1. That's why they use the facial recognition stuff. They are only possessed in fnaf 2, when they become the withereds. The toy animatronics use the facial recognition stuff. This means that the MCI happened inbetween fnaf 1 and 2
in fnaf 2. there is a minigame set in the fnaf 2 location where we see five dead kids scattered randomly in the building. and as far as I'm aware. there is no actual evidence of Afton ever stuffing the body's into the suits. in into the pit. we are shown that the first mci victims in 1985 were killed and were locked in a disused party room. and the same goes for the second mci victims in 1987 who were left out in random places. however in the give gifts. give life minigame. we see the puppet stuff the first 5 kids into the animatronics. which would make sense as that was how she got possessed herself. by the puppet laying on top of Charlottes body as she died. meaning that she would know how remnant works and would likely stuff the other kids body's into the other robots in an attempt to make them possessed. and then possibly remove them and hide them afterwards as the first set of body's were never found. the only explanation i can think of for doing this is because she doesn't want afton to be caught and imprisoned and instead they want to kill him themselves. if the body's were still in the suits they would have found the body's when doing maintenance on the animatronics. all we ever hear canonically is that they had blood and mucus around the openings in the suits. the body's don't need to constantly be in the suits. all it takes is for the remnant in the blood to come in contact with the metal and electricity in the suits and they are then permanently possessed (or at least i think that's how remnant works) also the reason we free 6 kids and not 11 is because remnant is destroyed by heat. when the toy animatronics were scrapped they would have been melted into hot metal to be reshaped into other things. meaning their remnant would have been completely destroyed
I dont think they really are possessed, because you don't free them in FNAF 3 or Pizza Simulator. Also, they show no unique behavior like Mangle, Balloon Boy, or the Puppet do. They are tied to criminal databases, as what the phone guy said, and think that Jeremy Fitzgerald is Billy Afton, since he was the previous night guard.
I imagine they aren't haunted, however they are effected by remnant giving them the ability to move around on top of the messed up facial scanners it makes them aggressive to ALL adults as they can't tell who's afton and who's not due to the messed up scanners (they don't know who anyone is, just that they're adults or not). There's no actual souls in them but they are paranormal and with ghost juice (agony) can move around..it can be explained with the withered's parts giving them remnant but ofc the souls were still attached to the originals. But I agree with you..they've always looked complete enough to me..I don't see ANY parts that could of been used on the much smaller toy animatronics, feels like an over sight tbh lol (like he wrote it in and didn't actually think of the logic behind it or the designs)
if the fnaf 1 animatronics are a mixture of the withered and toy animatronics, how can it be explained that withered Freddy in fnaf 2 is the same design as withered golden Freddy, but then is later seen in fnaf 1 to have the same design as fnaf 1 Freddy. The only animatronic given the original name fred bear is seen to have a very similar design to fnaf 1 golden Freddy, so could this perhaps be a mixture of Withered golden Freddy and the original fredbears family diner Fredbear animatronic to create the fnaf 1 golden freddy, that’s if it isn’t just a form changing spirit 🤷♂️🧐but it’s also strange there are 2 souls in golden freddy as well as 2 known forms
I’m sorry, but to my grave there is not a second missing kids incident because you play the first two nights already and they’re already possessed but now on night 6 they are too doesn’t really make sense and nowhere ever. It says that there are 11 children always six or five.
Phone guy literally says they used the withereds as salvage to cut corners while finishing the toys. He mentions this before talking about missing the good old days of foxy's 'popular' pirate cove show. They wouldn't need many parts to finish the toys at this point so the hands, faceplate, arm and Freddy's eye would be enough. 'The spirit follows the flesh' after all, and long after that the remnant and Agony follow the metal. Mangle is present on the 'ladies night' custom night alongside Withered Chica and Toy Chica, strange given that toy funtime foxy, who is what Mangle once was would be a MALE animatronic. It was Foxy's toy duplicate after all. Throughout the iterations of custom night normally ONLY Chica or Chica line OR proven female animatronics get to play on 'ladies night' Mangle being here in 'ladies night' V2 basically proves phone guy's salvage point. If Both Toy Chica and Mangle got even some small components from Withered Chica, then Susie Withered Chica's possessor could make them move. The fourth closet novel even demonstrates this as a parallel by having Susie attack William by using the Mangle animatronic after Carlton Burke gathers her drawings. This takes place in Circus Baby 's pizza world, a restaurant that didn't make it in the games. Doesn't mean Mangle couldn't have undergone similar modification in a different restaurant in the games.
What would the face be needed for? It's just his costume face..which the toys are plastic, so that doesn't make sense. A lot of the wear and tear on the withereds makes NO sense! Why are chicas arms missing?? And her jaw broken for seemingly no reason? Costume bits being torn off here and there? Bonnies FACE? The toys are a LOT smaller so many of the parts just won't fit at all and the costume parts won't be used as the toys are plastic. It honestly looks like someone ripped up the withered animatronics for fun..
something neglected that adds credence to this theory is that the phone calls are pre-recorded (the phone calls are during the summer, the game's in November).

He's talking about the PREVIOUS guard, the one before we start night 1..Mike is the guard for the final night going by the fake name "fritz". Mike wouldn't let himself get fired before doing much to help the souls lol, if he was the previous guard that means we don't play as mike at all in FNAF2 which would be odd and it'd mean he got fired before the withered's ever were active

I was always torn between the Toys just having their facial scanners messed with, or being possessed through the withereds parts being in them, as I’ve been really stubborn with the Save Them mini game Purple Guy stating “You Can’t” meaning Charlie couldn’t save the DCI kid’s spirits. Either because Afton managed to take the DCI souls for himself somehow or because there wasn’t any metal for the souls to bind to, to create Remnant.
Actually the “You Can’t” is talking to Freddy in which he can’t save the kids from being murdered.
It would be hard to believe Afton only killed 6 kids, honestly in all that time. Good solve. (Thats what she said)

You forgot to point out that Toy Freddy has glowing eyes when he enters the office, and Mangle has her glowing eyes when she’s in the area where Balloon Boy is at. As for a toy Bonnie, there is a rare screen showing him without any eyes. So yeah, I do think the toys are possessed, but not by the MCI, but rather the DCI. Even the save them mini game has us playing as withered Freddy, following the puppet. But there’s an issue. If we go to kids cove in that mini game, Mangle is walking around, where as the toys are just standing at the show stage.
When William attacks Freddy, we get a message that reads, “you can’t” on the bottom left. It seems the puppet was asking to save the kids that were murdered in the FNAF 2 location.
As for the shadows, I can see your point that they’re the agony representations of the murdered kids, which explains why we last saw shadow Freddy in FNAF 6. Because the kids souls were set free, shadow Freddy was taken away. This would explain why we see shadow Bonnie in FNAF AR. Because the kids never got proper closure, Shadow Bonnie stuck around. It’s also interesting to how he’s some kind of guardian of the dark remnant, but he only attacks when you have too much. Almost as if he’s making sure no other entity becomes powerful from the dark remnant?
If the toys are supposedly possessed by another group of kids, how come we don't know shit about them?
Unless this was the retcon Scott mentioned. He did say he retconned one thing in FNAF, so who’s to say it was the date when the MCI were murdered? And the Save Them mini game was originally supposed to be them, but Scott decided to change it?

This theroy actually makes sense and i like the idea of the souls possessing the withered and toys were combined to create the fnaf 1 animatronics it's a good theroy to but when afton dismantled the animatronics only 5 souls came out not 11 unless afton already transferred the mci into the funtimes then it would make sense why only 5 souls show up there and not 11 either the mci or dci get extracted in the funtimes and then the other 5 attack afton but thats just my thoughts

So the missing children would be possessing the funtimes ( besides baby) and the the dci would be the souls that attacked Afton and got him spring locked

Before watching, I'd say it's both A.I. and Hauntings. I think it always has AI regardless, it just mixes with hauntings. How the toys are haunted can have three ways. No soul but lots of agony, part of the MCI souls due to repurposed parts from the withereds, the DCI souls. Heck, maybe all three on top of the AI.
The AI likely wasn’t there to harm anyone but rather have William get away with the DCI murders aswell, they even know someone messed with their ai so it’s implied the ai was fixed at this point.
In night 2 phone guy says that they use the old suits for parts after they couldn't restore the withered due to the smell
Another point is After their original confinement to parts and service as phone guy mentions the Withereds WERE Retrofitted with modern technology explaining away the seeming lack of lost parts as they would have had new parts installed in other places to make up for the ones taken, Bonnie's facial recognition scanner making up for his lack of eyes for example.

I suspected that afton stuffed the kids inside the Withered since no one would notice them since they would be in parts and services. They could be possessed by the Puppet, her influence affecting the rest of the toys, given she would mostly be in her box, she could have partially possessed the toys to act as her eyes, hence the similar glow.
I thought either the spirits of the withered animatronics were somehow transferring their soul into the toys (but it’s easy to tell that that’s completely wrong), or they just have screwed up ai systems.
i love this theory but i dont think that the fire freed there souls because Cassidy is keeping Afton alive after the fire meaning Cassidy's soul survived the fire and we also know that burning the metal will just fuse the remnant and metal. but everything else is in this theory are fantastic.
Tbh the other reason why the DCI weren’t brought up again after FNaF2 until the
Into the Pit Game came out is because it’s meant to explain something in FNaF2 specifically and it has no reason to when there’s no relevance to it.

i just had another thought about what happened to the withereds after fnaf 2. in the fnaf 3 minigames after each night. everyone assumes it's the fnaf 1 location. but there is multiple things wrong with this.
1, there is no kitchen.
2, theres no storage closet.
3,the tables are in a different arrangement
4, bonnie is the same colour and shape as withered bonnie. (he also has buttons which fnaf 1 bonnie doesn't)
5, chicas beak is the same shape as withered chicas.
6, foxy's legs are mysteriously repaired.
7, in the fnaf 3 location. the fnaf 1 animatronics shells are already there on night 1. but they go to another location and find springtrap on night 2. if he was springlocked in the fnaf 1 location they would have been found at the same time.
8, freddy also has buttons on his chest but fnaf 1 freddy doesn't
another big thing to take note is the boarded up "toilets" by the safe room. why are they boarded up?. they don't board up random rooms in abandoned buildings. i know this from personal experience. but do you know what is usually boarded up in abandoned buildings?. the entrance. what everyone is assuming is the toilets to me looks more like a boarded up entrance.
also relating to one of my earlier comments about foxy go go go. since the area around pirates cove looks the same in the fnaf 1 location and the fnaf 3 minigame location. this could mean that the mci victims in the foxy go go go minigame in fnaf 2 could be either location as they have the same layout. however if we look at foxy's legs in foxy go go go we can see that he has brown shorts and endoskeleton legs. meaning its the fnaf 1 foxy.

Just one thing, William only stuffed corpses on the withered animatronics and let the bodies of 1987 close to the toys but out of the cameras sight. While Puppet was busy guiding the souls of the Withereds to the withereds, the toys souls was going all alone to the toy animatronics. On foxy go go go minigame it is the MCI of 1985 and in the save them minigame in is the DCI of 1987(just watch, there will be people coming with excuses saying no)
The endoskeleton quote in fnaf 2 was a theory since no technician understood the glitch that effected the toys and phone guy in fnaf 1 said the same issue was “probably” happening too to the original animatronics since fnaf 1 is a sequel to fnaf 2

The MCI happened in 1985 meaning, not only that the Name of CC is implied to be Garett as we see in Plane from the Movie in the “Killer’s Office”, also it’s implied Garett died from the Bite and doesn’t even possess anything because he’s shattered.
The toy animatronics have an advanced criminal database and they attack because william the former employee killed the daughter (Charlie) of his coowner (Henry) and they were hostile towards all the staff because they didn't know who did it since the murder was done in a suit. The possession we see could just be the remnant/agony left behind that the toys picked up from the withereds and the last killing. This is the simplest thing I can come up with. I love hearing other people's theories and evidence against my own theories so if anyone has anything interesting to add on please do. Great video!

Into the pit has an alternate save them mini game. Before I get ragged on (again) for restating this I will explain the format of the Fnaf 2 mini games; They are a variety of memories of the animatronics displayed in NO CERTAIN timeline order. Foxy Go! Go! Go! For example Can't Show the DCI because of the fact that Foxy was active throughout. The last possible times he was active according to the Phone Guy's well kept records would've been 1985-86 as the restaurant seems smaller(It has less party rooms for example.)and there's no indication of the toy animatronics existing.(Mangle would have his cove for example.) Save them in Fnaf 2 seems more awkward to explain but the toys on the showstage are INACTIVE something they wouldn't be in 1987. Phone guy specifically states that during the 1987 game play of Fnaf 2 the toys had 'no proper night mode',etc, so they would be roaming around like Freddy, Puppet, Mangle and Golden Freddy in that mini game. yet ONLY the withereds and Mangle are functional aside from the guiding Puppet. This puts that mini game in just about pre 1987 because it must take place when the withereds were concealed and used for parts, Which they were to complete the toys, the toys on stage were unfinished at this time as they DO NOT function. This has Mangle recieving the first 'donation' of salvage parts.(Most likely from Chica, given the Custom night known as 'Ladies Night'.)Mangle is also not in it's intended room when you pass it by, which is another oddity. I'm sorry to say but logically Fnaf 2 save them should be about 1986 not 87. But there's also no reason it couldn't be the tail end of 85 either given the shutdown time required for the rebrand and the on-site development of the new animatronics. On to the alternate version and it's prize, the alternate version of save them doesn't seemingly bear a name as a mini game, unlike it's 'Namesake', but it's prize does, it's a music clip Called 'Save Them'. What you have to do is collect a group of children from around a restaurant/maze(In a layout very similar to Fnaf 2) and avoid Spring Bonnie who spawns when you get the group following you. If you make it to the exit with the complete group in tow you get a congratulatory message thanking you for 'Saving all of the Children.' and you get your music prize. Failure to do so, by Spring Bonnie catching you, results in a game over for the mini game and having to try again. The requirement(s) for the DCI is that they happen after the MCI, the classic Freddy's band animatronics in both into the pit and Fnaf 2 have to be possessed BEFORE the DCI is attempted. The Spring Bonnie suit is another necessary feature and the last feature is that phone guy's calls are older than one would think, he is constantly used to train new employees throughout the franchise, even after his death and his calls are ALWAYS PRE-RECORDED and exist before the MC/PC even gets a job at Freddy's. Phone guy's infamous 'Yellow Suit' call may actually NOT even be referring to a murder(s), as the suit's presence simply angers the mascots. Someone wore the suit and the mascots went visibly berserk and couldn't be controlled by the staff. The later lockdown seems more to do with the tampering with the toys given phone guy's explanations of the animatronics activities at night. Somebody broke in first of all, tampered with the toys facial recognition and Stole a yellow suit from the back. That's enough reason alone to shutdown temporarily and get a police investigation as there's at least 3 big crimes committed there alone. The DCI is most likely if still canon a 1985(Very late)- 1986 event due to the events required to build up to it. The toys Definitely got salvage from the Withereds though which is what is making them possessed, that is stated categorically in game and happens pre-1987 so would explain why the toys 'Glitch' during their first and ONLY ever active week in 1987. (Literally your week is the ONLY week they ever worked and they are scrapped because of the 'Bite of '87'. It happened in broad daylight at a party after all, so some poor kid had their birthday ruined because a robot savaged an adult.)

The Save them contradiction wasn't a liked thing in my previous version of the comment so I ended up deleting it because of the timeline issues it caused. But this one is staying, everything I remember from Fnaf 2 and everything I learned watching into the pit play throughs is mentioned fully, so I needn't go further down the rabbit hole. All my evidence is there and people can believe what they will. I just like to share the things I notice and the implications they may have on the lore.
Well based on what he said I only thought that the system is malfunction. How is it happened? Probably those withered animatronic the one who did it or someone who knows the story that done it for revenge I guess
6:52 that actually just gave me a thought. what if the fnaf 2 and fnaf 1 animatronics aren't even the same. maybe they did scrap the withereds with the toys. which would make sense because in fnaf 3 we see withered foxy's arm in the box of animatronic shells. which wouldn't be possible if they were the same animatronic. which would also make sense as in fnaf 3's audio tapes. in the first set of records about an incident at the "sister location". implying that there were only 2 locations. however later on we hear that the saferooms were being sealed at "all" locations implying that when the first mci happened there was more than 1 location. i believe the location which had the springlock incident was at the fnaf 2 location around 1984/1985 which caused it to close. the newly opened fnaf 1 location. then the mci 1 happened in the into the pit location with the withereds. which is now technically canon to the games and made even more evident by the fact that a lot of the posters in fnaf 3 are present in this location but not the others. the withereds were then moved to the fnaf 2 location where they then had the reopening in 1987. then the second mci happened causing the fnaf 2 location to close. the only problem is that if this is correct. we don't know when the fnaf 1 location opened and we don't know when its mci happened. it probably opened around 1984/1985 and closed in december 2003. it is definitely an old location. you can tell by the walls and cobwebs

Unlike the 87 victim who survived. The location in fnaf 4 is fredbears. We never see freddy bonnie chica or foxy. The only thing Scott ever retconed was the fnaf 4 dream theory.

Fnaf 2 animatronics are the same as fnaf 1 animatronics but fnaf 1 animatronics are upgraded so maybe the withereds see you as an endoskeleton and fnaf 1 wants revenge because they are smarter from upgrades and fnaf 2 is when william killed the 5 children and stuffed them in the withered bodies so the same spirits that controls the withereds are the same ones that controlled fnaf 1 animatronics

He just explained this, it’s because the other souls were released early by the FNaF3 fire.
yes, some of the toys do have glowing eyes, keyword: SOME. maybe some of the toys are possessed but not all of them. BB doesn't have glowing eyes, toy Freddy doesn't have glowing eyes, and toy bonnie doesn't have glowing eyes. (toy Freddy's black eyes don't count)
and even if all the toys were possessed at the end of the video you said that the spirits in the toys combined souls with the withered animatronics, but if that were the case wouldn't we see 9 spirits in the backroom not 5, it just doesn't make sense. I do think mangle was used for Mr. Cupcake due to the pastry's erratic behavior.

In the time fredbear still existed as a funciontal animatronic(1983) there were the unwithered animatronics that were basically the withered from fnaf 2 but in their original design.
Well there is the new game into the pit where we travel back in time to 1985 where the missing children got murdered and we see the originals so in that time there was the original animatronics

The withed animatronics are different from the regular animatronics because withed foxy is different snout than regular foxy snout And withed chica beak is different than regular chicas beak.

*THEORY:*
Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy are *not* possessed at the time of fnaf 1. That's why they use the facial recognition stuff. They are only possessed in fnaf 2, when they become the withereds. The toy animatronics use the facial recognition stuff.
This means that the MCI happened inbetween fnaf 1 and 2
in fnaf 2. there is a minigame set in the fnaf 2 location where we see five dead kids scattered randomly in the building. and as far as I'm aware. there is no actual evidence of Afton ever stuffing the body's into the suits. in into the pit. we are shown that the first mci victims in 1985 were killed and were locked in a disused party room. and the same goes for the second mci victims in 1987 who were left out in random places. however in the give gifts. give life minigame. we see the puppet stuff the first 5 kids into the animatronics. which would make sense as that was how she got possessed herself. by the puppet laying on top of Charlottes body as she died. meaning that she would know how remnant works and would likely stuff the other kids body's into the other robots in an attempt to make them possessed. and then possibly remove them and hide them afterwards as the first set of body's were never found. the only explanation i can think of for doing this is because she doesn't want afton to be caught and imprisoned and instead they want to kill him themselves. if the body's were still in the suits they would have found the body's when doing maintenance on the animatronics. all we ever hear canonically is that they had blood and mucus around the openings in the suits. the body's don't need to constantly be in the suits. all it takes is for the remnant in the blood to come in contact with the metal and electricity in the suits and they are then permanently possessed (or at least i think that's how remnant works)
also the reason we free 6 kids and not 11 is because remnant is destroyed by heat. when the toy animatronics were scrapped they would have been melted into hot metal to be reshaped into other things. meaning their remnant would have been completely destroyed
I dont think they really are possessed, because you don't free them in FNAF 3 or Pizza Simulator. Also, they show no unique behavior like Mangle, Balloon Boy, or the Puppet do.
They are tied to criminal databases, as what the phone guy said, and think that Jeremy Fitzgerald is Billy Afton, since he was the previous night guard.

I imagine they aren't haunted, however they are effected by remnant giving them the ability to move around on top of the messed up facial scanners it makes them aggressive to ALL adults as they can't tell who's afton and who's not due to the messed up scanners (they don't know who anyone is, just that they're adults or not). There's no actual souls in them but they are paranormal and with ghost juice (agony) can move around..it can be explained with the withered's parts giving them remnant but ofc the souls were still attached to the originals. But I agree with you..they've always looked complete enough to me..I don't see ANY parts that could of been used on the much smaller toy animatronics, feels like an over sight tbh lol (like he wrote it in and didn't actually think of the logic behind it or the designs)

The only animatronic given the original name fred bear is seen to have a very similar design to fnaf 1 golden Freddy, so could this perhaps be a mixture of Withered golden Freddy and the original fredbears family diner Fredbear animatronic to create the fnaf 1 golden freddy, that’s if it isn’t just a form changing spirit 🤷♂️🧐but it’s also strange there are 2 souls in golden freddy as well as 2 known forms

I’m sorry, but to my grave there is not a second missing kids incident because you play the first two nights already and they’re already possessed but now on night 6 they are too doesn’t really make sense and nowhere ever. It says that there are 11 children always six or five.
That would’ve been the case if Into the Pit didn’t reference the DCI again.

Phone guy literally says they used the withereds as salvage to cut corners while finishing the toys. He mentions this before talking about missing the good old days of foxy's 'popular' pirate cove show. They wouldn't need many parts to finish the toys at this point so the hands, faceplate, arm and Freddy's eye would be enough. 'The spirit follows the flesh' after all, and long after that the remnant and Agony follow the metal. Mangle is present on the 'ladies night' custom night alongside Withered Chica and Toy Chica, strange given that toy funtime foxy, who is what Mangle once was would be a MALE animatronic. It was Foxy's toy duplicate after all. Throughout the iterations of custom night normally ONLY Chica or Chica line OR proven female animatronics get to play on 'ladies night' Mangle being here in 'ladies night' V2 basically proves phone guy's salvage point. If Both Toy Chica and Mangle got even some small components from Withered Chica, then Susie Withered Chica's possessor could make them move. The fourth closet novel even demonstrates this as a parallel by having Susie attack William by using the Mangle animatronic after Carlton Burke gathers her drawings. This takes place in Circus Baby 's pizza world, a restaurant that didn't make it in the games. Doesn't mean Mangle couldn't have undergone similar modification in a different restaurant in the games.
What would the face be needed for? It's just his costume face..which the toys are plastic, so that doesn't make sense. A lot of the wear and tear on the withereds makes NO sense! Why are chicas arms missing?? And her jaw broken for seemingly no reason? Costume bits being torn off here and there? Bonnies FACE? The toys are a LOT smaller so many of the parts just won't fit at all and the costume parts won't be used as the toys are plastic. It honestly looks like someone ripped up the withered animatronics for fun..

He's talking about the PREVIOUS guard, the one before we start night 1..Mike is the guard for the final night going by the fake name "fritz". Mike wouldn't let himself get fired before doing much to help the souls lol, if he was the previous guard that means we don't play as mike at all in FNAF2 which would be odd and it'd mean he got fired before the withered's ever were active
