Looks like you could easily add some additional waterproofing to your saddlebags with either a wax or silicone spray. Nikwax is pretty much the standard for the outdoors/backpacking community. Cheers
Hey quick question, I see you have the little icon for unlocked speed, how did you unlock it on this display? Did you have to unlock the speed and the display? Do you have a video on this? Also, how does it affect range? Is it substantial? or minor hit?

From my first ride I noticed bike top speed 15mph. First round trip battery level dropped off faster. Bike arrived with user manual but had no information how to unlock speed limiter. No user manual came with my first T-1 took more than a month til download was availible on a sales page. Has anyone else noticed this diffrance?
Throttle only will get you above 15.... I have an unlock short for the T1 also. th-cam.com/video/W8hHNNX_hSI/w-d-xo.html My original T1 drank the battery when unlocked & went 35ish miles at max speed. Just think of the throttle as a turbo button, when you aren't pedaling.
My question was when you put your old battery in did your battery level drop faster? Mine did. Last week new bike flashed the E-2 fault code. Today I notice lights turn on when I turn key on, display shows off. I sent email to support. Bike has 336 miles. I do like the bike looking to build battery for my first T-1 and modify frame to bring the center of gravity ( my weight ) down.
@@garyfyvie9490 The T1 Pro display is more precise. It does drop bars faster, but goes further on each bar. The older dim display stays at 5 bars longer, but drops the last two bars faster. IMO.
@@TornadoGarden thanks , mine is the same. Working on a problem with replacement, headlamp comes on when I turn key on. Just received new display and cable from Fiido I already know it's not the display. I'm changing cable today, I'll let you know. Fiido has warranteed and provided great support.
@@garyfyvie9490 I did notice that the display has power in every key position except unlock battery. I know because it powers my Bluetooth speaker. It can only be the display or wire, so I'm glad Fiido sent both.

Scotchgard is the standard here.... Definitely could be improved with waterproofing.

You'll fit comfortably on this bike. The seat goes high enough that you can get a proper leg extension as well.

I use Google timeline. I didn't have the odometer on this bike until I got the replacement T1 and plucked the display from it.
