Simeon in regards to the sun always beating down on the equipment, over time will this not degrade any of the leather or other materials on the benches etc. Sick gym btw.
you should add a mist system around the gym for that summer heat cause the heat in there gonna be so crazyyy with all the black walls. ive been in something like this as i live in AZ where it can be 120 some days an it gets so bad
