    Hey there, creator here! I’m hearing what you’re saying, and it sounds like you want more? I’d love to! I actually wish I was able to spend more time on this but unfortunately I was very much on a time crunch on this, so it ended up being built in like 2 weeks, so naturally it wasn’t too big for the time I had. I’d love to build another one of these though because I had a ton of fun!

      It Would Honestly Be Cool If You Made The Mountain In The Back With A Water Ride And A Coaster Going Throughout The Mountain. But You Do You Either Way It Looks Great!

      2 weeks? That is insane. Other creators would have taken months to do this.
      If you are going to "scale up" you might as well triple the track and have 15 trains moving through it. (quad 20?)

    Love this, the layout and rockwork is fantastic, especially considering the time crunch!

    I know the point of the coaster spotlight is to be just that - a spotlight of a coaster - but with this, I'm curious to see this ride integrated as part of a larger park. I think it could be a really cool centerpiece / calling card ride. It's that cool.

    This is a plausible real world rollercoaster. Genuine coaster enthusiasts are actually more interested in creating something that could work in the real world, not something that has a huge scale but is unrealistic. I much prefer what the creator has done than what the youtuber suggested for him.

    I 100% agree with the day/night sequencer being way too jarring, right after we went through the tunnels and I saw it being used I instantly thought, "yikes, add this to the list of things that need to be overhauled for PC2"
    All the sequencers in general need a huge overhaul.

    Phoenix bro here: I'm glad this user specified that this is set in the Sonoran desert. Most people.dont know, but saguaro cactuses (the classic 🌵 cactus that everybody pictures in their heads when you say "cactus") only grows in the Sonoran desert almost exclusively in Southern Arizona and Northern Mexico (specifically the Mexican state of Sonora). So that detail alone males it more accurate than 95% of desert themed areas that place Saguaros where they don't actually belong. Those red rocks that come in PlanCo look more like Sedona or Page in northern AZ, or various parts of Utah and Nevada... none of which grow saguaro. The Sonoran desert is more light brown and dark gray rocks like they are here in this ride 👍

    • @stevenmartin176
      @stevenmartin176 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yup! I live in Arizona, and I think it’s beautiful! I probably would still end up using saguaros in red rock deserts just because foliage is foliage, but still, very much inspired by where I live.

    How on earth the creator managed to do all *this* on a time crunch when it takes me a couple of weeks to even pick a half decent layout is beyond me. This is absolutely phenomenal!

  • @gregg5958

    I would change the timing of the blocks so that trains didn’t stop at top of lifts or brake runs. And the flashing and some lights in the caves already mentioned. Maybe add some waterfalls inside one of the caves. Other than that, this coaster is absolutely perfect and I love it!! Fantastic job!!

    How you can run multiple trains?
    "For those of you who are unfamiliar..."

    • @FluicesJowing
      @FluicesJowing ปีที่แล้ว +3

      There's two ways.
      1. Make the station long enough to hold multiple trains. (this is the easiest way as you won't need to use block sections, but it comes at the cost of having a very large station.)
      2. Use block sections. (this way is more difficult to manage, but allows for a smaller station, and more trains if you space them out well enough)
      Block sections are safe "hubs" for trains to wait at for clearance so that there's no chance of accidentally crashing into the train that's in front of them.
      (Ex: There could be a block section before a launch, and then a block section after the first few coaster elements after that launch, the first train gets launched, but gets stuck at the top of the hill and never makes it to that second block section. A second train arrives at the launch, if it gets launched it will crash into the other train, Because you have a block section before and after the launch, and the first train didn't clear the second block section, the second train will be stopped at the first block section indefinitely. Say the people in the first train shift their weight enough to get the train to keep going somehow, and then they make it to that block section, as soon as they pass it, that second train will then be cleared to use the launch.) [ALSO, lift hills count as block sections, ending when it reaches the top]
      You can use as many block sections as you want (and thus have as many trains as you want), but you have to be careful, because if you space them out too far, or place them in a way where the train won't be going fast enough if it gets stopped there, then it won't really work. Too spaced out, and you'll have trains just sitting there for a while waiting for the block section to be cleared, we saw that happen in this video at 8:35, the train stopped and waited for the next block section to be cleared before continuing, although, there's probably a specific reason for it on this particular ride, but for the most part the train shouldn't really be stopping and waiting all that much like this though, I've use block sections to make the car stop on purpose as a theming element (when the train stopped all the lights went out, and cool music played before it started going again), but if your trains are getting stopped at your block sections, that's generally a sign that you didn't place them correctly. (again, unless it's needed like in this ride, the coasters go at the same time and would be way too close to each other without a small pause so they placed a block section at 8:35 for the train to stop there and wait its turn)

    • @Channel5Gaming
      @Channel5Gaming  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      need to add block sections so the trains spawn on those. but its tricky cause they need to be spaced mid run with enough momentum to get back, and space between trains / timing. By default the game counts the lift hill as one, so you can generally get a 2nd train for free. But the 2nd train won't leave the station until the first has cleared the block section / lift.
      And what makes this creation unique is that the creator duplicated the coaster design to double up.

    • @rlcoasters
      @rlcoasters ปีที่แล้ว +1

      “…a block zone is a section of ride that only one train may occupy at a time. At the end of a block zone there is a method to stop the train, in case the block zone ahead is still occupied. This is the safety system that prevents rollercoaster trains from colliding with one another.”

    • @stevenmartin176
      @stevenmartin176 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, but I only used mods, though, to stop the gold fever train at the beginning to put space in between the 2 trains that dispatch simultaneously, as well as just having the gold fever on a canyon runner track.

    • @stevenmartin176
      @stevenmartin176 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Channel5Gaming you dont, you can just be clever with block sections, but it was easier to do it this way… I actually think it might have been a little broken because the swinging car was not supposed to leave that fast onto the lift hill and that’s why the trains stopped a little bit at the end, hopefully that won’t happen again

    • @billkeithchannel
      @billkeithchannel ปีที่แล้ว

      My very first watched video here was the simulated cable car mine train. The train would split into individual cars then meetup again to form a full train a couple times throughout the ride. The hill coming out of the cavern was made to look like a cable was pulling the cars back up the hill with the track overhead.
