I'm looking at the PUMA Magnify Nitro 2 as well. Early reviews have been promising. I like the outsole on the Skechers but I don't love the Archfit, based on previous models.
Great video, how would you say the Glideride 3 stacks up against these?
So far I am loving the Go Road Max 6 as a beginner heavier runner.
I know you like the Ride 11 as well...is the extra cushion on the MR6 significantly different in feel under foot?

I prefer my Nimbus 25 not only does it have better fit for skinny feet/ankles, it doesn't rock side to side. In the MR6, I find the heel counter too wide ton of heel slips even with runner's knot, very unstable rolling side to side, too plush tongue without gussets, not enough room in toebox, and too wide midfoot. The only advantages are the MR6 is easier to put on and the outsole has more rubber can be used on light trails.
I like the fit on the nimbus 25 though I felt that the shoe was to squishy for me which I did not like are there asics you would recom3nd or other shoes that are less squishy

Just remember if you buy Sketchers from the US, duty is 16% and UK vat is 20%... So a £130 starting price becomes £180 by the time it gets to the UK (if shipping is free)
I've done nearly 200 miles in my nimbus 25 now, been bloody brilliant, so comfy and my legs post long runs don't feel beaten up.
Got them with a good discount so similar price to the Max Road 6.
Also have the superblasts again on discount 25% off and they're equally brilliant.

But you're right. I have tried the MR6 & Ride11. They are all hyped up. Their Upper is far behind that of the competitors.

Nimbus a decade ago had indestructible outsoles.
Don’t get caught wearing Skechers in the U.S. if you care about what others think. That brand is known as a cheap or older person brand. I personally don’t care what people think but I’d have a hard time paying $129 fora any Skecher shoe based on historical brand quality or stigma. $75-$89 then maybe

I managed to get Nimbus 25 for £110 last weekend @sportshoes they were discounted and I got a further 15% with the ASICS15 code
