0:20 This view clearly shows Rees-Zammits brilliant try was initially down, before making contact with the post .. Dreadful decision.

No this clearly touched the side. An incredible talent, but by the rules it was 100% out. On the other hand. The try which Wales scored was clearly held up but still given. If you weren’t so bias you would realise like most people that if anyone. France where shafted by the ref

@@mil0_259 the biggest decision was not to award a clear penalty try moments before this, that would have guaranteed the championship then and there. But those are the breaks. Wales were unlucky with the decisions in this one, but we've had good fortune leading up to it, so you can't complain.

The Welsh team won that game, and Privac lost it. They were in total control but under pressure at 65 minutes and Privac took off two of their best players - Owens and Biggar. But it's not just that he replaced them, he replaced them when under immense pressure and Wales needed composure to clear their lines. Sheedy has been brilliant but he's an attacking flyhalf with limited experience of those crucial test match moments when composure is needed. When Biggar went off Wales has three opportunities to clear their lines. After a scrum they won Sheedy was out of position so the scrum half was left in no mans land, and then sheedy had two opportunities to find touch - both of which he missed. Any of those opportunities would have significantly relieved the pressure and reset the play. Instead, those errors brought on the increased pressure that let to the succession of penalties. And then with ball in hand and minutes to go, rather than putting the ball long into to touch they mindlessly put the ball up the jumper and give away a penalty. No composure. Privac was probably reading the metrics and thinking that so and so had dropped intensity or whatever and made replacements. You can not measure composure. Privac totally blow that games with stupid needless substations. If they need to be made make them after Wales hade cleared their lines into the French half. Moronic needless decisions by Privac, and he lost Wales the game. I'm more mad about this than my own team losing to Ireland, who clearly deserved to win. Privac made a huge mistake. I'm sick of coach mindlessly bringing on subs without any need. If Biggar and Owens had stayed on Wales would have won that game.

The team still got 2 yellows and could have been 3.

Besides wales got awarded a try that was not grounded. It is the better team who won that match.

I agree needless subs at that stage of the game cost Wales. It's difficult one to take. Experience cool heads we needed to close out the game. Also penalty try should been awarded.

No, the team were just as guilty. Faletau's yellow card was him being an idiot and stupidly interfering with the scrumhalf when he shouldn't have. Then Williams tackling the scrumhalf offside, again, just stupid play from a player, as was the sealing off offence in the 79th minute. And when a team completely disintegrates and loses an unassailable lead, normally that's considered a sign of poor captaincy.
