Is it LED or laser printer? Also, can I print on transparent cookies plastic bag?

It's a LED printer but consumables are similar to laser printer technology. It comes with toner, drum, fuser and transferbelt. LED/Laser printer unable to print on plastic and PVC, these media unable to withstand high temperature printing. So C650 unable to print direct onto the plastic bag.
