In Bonnies defense, in today’s economy, $4000 barely gets ya a cup of coffee if you follow my drift. I mean yes it’s good for a deposit. But rents in my area typically go as high as 1,500 starter rate. And that’s before utilities. I live on the East Coast so you also have to account for heat and depending on how old your building is and what it’s made of you have to consider AC and its impact on the electricity bill. And that’s to say nothing of your grocery bill.
