Shame about your illness, I remember last year there was a huge outbreak of gastroenteritis on the North section of the trail, think some of the huts had to be closed down. @gainesy_walks I live near Slaithwaite (slawit) nr Huddersfield. I am close to the Peak District and the Pennineway at Marsden so its great for me. Hope you get up to Abisko. Just remember its pretty much a cashless society now (I took hard cash and no1 wanted it) 👍🏻
@@freeman.walking I'm over towards Dewsbury, I get over that way a fair bit, got a mate that lives up Cowlersley, we go Marsden and Black Hill way top emd of the peaks. Small world
