- I have been in Abisko and stayed at STF Abisko Turisstation Cottage. In this video, I give a room tour around of our cottage/cabin and share my experience. If you are planning to go to Abisko and book a cottage, this short room tour will give you an idea about it. Hope you enjoy it :)

Thank you for the the tour! :) we camped at the STF Abisko in the summer in 2018 visiting from the UK and we would like to return to stay in a cabin one day, maybe in Winter too!

Hello Leila, want to know if is it possible to see northern lights in Abisko from cabin or nearby places or have to go out somewhere to see them? I‘m planing a visit in abisko end of this year with kid.
@@wasimakramkhan442 We saw it above our our cabin (my thumbnail picture), but I cannot guarantee you that you’ll see it, as we can’t control the weather conditions 😊

I have travelled to Abisko 3 times. all the times with Inriksbanen and I travelled from Copenhagen, but all the times in a tent. Next time I will go for a cabin. Thank you so much for the vlog🤗🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Both my friends and I found them very comfortable, but it of course depends on your definition of "comfortable" :)

May I know, Is WIFI or 4G signal good there inside the cabin?.. and where did you buy your pasta food drinks..etc for making your daily meal? :-) I am planning to take my 2kids visit Abisko, a bit worry if no food, drink, wifi supply nearby... Hej! Yes, there is wifi there! We bought it in Sthlm and took it with us, but don’t worry there is a store in Abisko as well, it was just a little bit away from the cabin, so we took it directly with us from Sthlm. I don’t remember exactly how far is the store, but you could ask the STF or check google maps =)

(Are you in Japan time zone =)) Ok I check STF for store. as we probably don't have enough budget to join Abisko light day unfriendly-price activities so... do you remember how was the signal strength of their free WIFI or Telia 4G there inside of the cabin? Is it possible for 4~6 people do video streaming at the same time? lol... (thanks again!)
@@iwafflecake no problem lol =). I honestly never checked the speed of the internet. But we were 6 people in the cabin and we all could use wifi without any problems. However, we didn't stream so I have no idea. I am sure STF can also answer this question about the speed.

Can you please suggest me from where i can book the activities in a budget friendly way. I found a dog sledding 1400kr/ person.
@Himel Heaven! Thank you for watching my video :). Unfortunately, Abisko and Kiruna are not budget friendly, especially dog sledding lol. So I think those pages where you found the dog sledding and other activities are the ones you can use.

Hello, is there a laundry washing machine in the cabin and also any cooking equipment in the cabin ?
Hej, there was no washing machine, but cooking equipment yes.
@@leilaland23 how about oil, pepper and salt those?
If I want to wash some laundry, any method? By the way, will the reception help us to book a taxi back to Kiruna ?
@@parislam8599 In our cabin, we had it, but I am not sure if it was provided by the STF or if it was left after previous guests. We had everything with us anyway.
We stayed there just for 2 nights, so I haven't paid any attention to the laundry. But I am 100% we didn't have washing machine in our cabin. If you email them and ask, maybe they can provide you more information about laundry and taxi. Good luck :)
