I will say on average Mezco gives you way more accessories on average for about the same or bit more price but the Gong Studios Superman is nothing to sneeze at. I would love for Gong to go deeper into the Kingdom Come line. At least the big three. Poss get a farmer Kingdom Come Superman. We shall see.

I completely agree with you about having a nice cape that just drapes, even with my Mezco Batman figures I'll often pick the non wired version just to have it hang over his shoulders. When I get him I just want him in a simple standing pose anyway, head down, hands clasped in front, just like the cover art. Hopefully they'll make some more KC characters, but in the meantime he'll go nicely with 'Supreme Knight' Batman.

That looks like a centerpiece figure for a hole justice league hell the centerpiece of a whole superhero shelf, DC Marvel valiant image, dark horse all the superheroes standing next to each other with him, standing next to Batman and wonder woman as the centerpiece
I still prefer the "Return of the King" 3rd party version of KC Supes. This does look great, but the suit on the ROTK hides its joints better and I prefer the suit materials they used (less shiny and a smaller "S" shield). Still hoping someone makes a good 1/12 KC Batman and Wonder Woman sooner than later (or most of all a KC Green Lantern, but I know that's not likely).
I’m curious to know what the fabric is made of. Or is it the body? The highlight areas shine like Henry Cavil Superman. But the Henry Cavill, Superman, hot toys, figures and Henry Cavills actual bodysuit he wore was actually metallic. That’s why those highlight areas were so shiny. So I am curious to know if they might be doing the same thing with this Superman figure. Is it a metallic body or just magic fabric??

I got one from 5Ktoys as well same Superman same design but from a different company and I love it. And since I saw the cape had no wire in it I feel they are the exact same thing maybe the company I bought from sold the molds to them. The one I bought also had a black k suit movie Superman as well and I have both.
Great figure! Problem is the accessories are so minimal and he doesn't have a poseable cape. But aside from that,it's great! This fig looks like he came out of Alex Ross' drawing table

I'm watching on a TINY screen with old eyes, but it kind of looks like the soft goods are possibly made from a latex material? Maybe I'm just getting that from the sheen.

Mmm... Pop Mart is just plastic figurines, not action figures. This is looking good. I don’t mind the body seeing through the blue spandex. It gives it definition without painting it.

Also you probably notice that the figure shines a little bit, that's because the figure is painted silver

Where's McFarlane version of Kingdom Come Superman? He's released Batman KC but no Supe or WW. Yeah, I wished this Pop Mart version was made out of seamless platinum grade silicone. Side by side the Mezco looks like a Mego.That might be the best sculpt/paint combo I have seen at that scale. It's like a mini Hot Toys.

After looking at it a LOT more it's a metallic body underneath, so when the fabric stretches the shiny underneath peeks through.
