when a nun and a witch fight a vampire and her maid because the weather is kinda misty.
😂 EsD in a nutshell
"kinda"
Didn't it fully block sun?
Reminds me of that one artist who has a perpetually angry Scottish Youmu
you mean Peachems?
@@orangesodawithnoice3189yes.
I love how turning songs medieval has become an actual thing
we need egyptian.
Well, bardcore only blew up around last year so it's kinda came out of nowhere lol.
Not that unusual in the Touhou scene.
@@ReisKoishi "Bardcore."
A distinct part of me physically rejected that term, but my brain could not find a way to refute it.
Most of them are awful though
Touhou fits very well because it's songs are longer...
But most the stuff I find just sounds like the same song with no creativity or variance. It sounds like someone's trying to just change the instruments ah and that keeps the old feel of the original song
"Now Sakuya, here's a story from when I was younger..."

I'm so happy Touhou Bardcore is an actual thing, can't wait to see more.
Touhou music will be adapted to every genre
touhou bardcore is now a phrase i treasure deeply.
There are already tons of bardcore ish remixes
“Hey Mister... You’re finally awake. You were trying to cross the Hakurei Border right?”
Why did I think of this phrase during the song... It doesn’t seem all that remotely similar!
Walked right into reimu's ambush, same as us, and that
Idiot over there.
a mediocre meme at best, broken by the fact Remilia would survive going into the outside world
@@mfwiloseintouhoubossfights9305 you can replace marisa with cirno, but this will suffice

@@mfwiloseintouhoubossfights9305 damn you scarlets, Reimu was nice and lazy until you let out that red mist. I would of frozen that frog and be halfway across the lake... You there, you and me, we shouldn't be here. It's these scarlets Reimu wants.
“Let me bestow upon you a tale, young Patchouli. A grand fable of the day I said, “Hark Maester” to a man.”
-Remilia circa the Medieval Times
13th century
This sounds like the theme where Remillia tells stories like elderly does...
BTW this sounds very calm and beutifullllll thanks for making these!
Do you want to hear a scary story? Let's see, it's a story about a girl who has lived for more than 500 years.
And who that girl would be?
Me.
'Hark, Maester' very good very good
"Lol i" hmmmm
I don’t get it, can someone explain, please? :(

@@hyp0thermic_tensi0n I regret to inform you that in these two years, I have fallen into the depths of the fandom, in which I discovered both the origins and hidden meanings behind certain… spoken phrases.
Hey Mister
Maybe "necrofantasia" "phantom ensemble" or "border of life" next?
maybe
Border of life would be amazing.

I can't wait for Rumia, Patchouli, meiling and flandre's Medieval theme since you've already done Sakuya's, cirno's and remi's
No "e" in Rumia
Just another normal day in Medieval Transylvania, Romania.
I'm now imagining Remilia hanging out at Queen Elizabeth I's court
If she is as old as she says she is, she'd be about 70-80 when Queen Elizabeth I was on the throne.
Only problem is, doubt Queen Elizabeth would be too interested in speaking to Walachian nobility. Not important enough.
@@moritamikamikara3879 or someone that looks like a child
She's the manipulator of fate, she wouldn't need to worry about any of those things
I have a confession to make. I've been putting all Kaoruko's Medieval mixes on 1.25 speed so they sound really close to the original. They're actually really jamming in a different way at that speed!
Very shameful of you
Lmao. Thats right
finally, the epoch of 2hu bardcore
Reminds me of Carrot Wine's classical version with the harpsichord, even though that one's pretty different (extremely difficult to find too, couldn't find it on youtube at all lol)

THX FOR REMIXING ONE OF MY FAVORITE SONGS INTO MEDIEVAL STYLE♥♥
"I have only eaten 13 loafs of bread in my entire life. Our family's finances were never ideal, my lady."
-Marisa "the witch" Kirisame. Circa 1500-1600.
Tried my best.
For someone who listened to tons of Touhou music and even listens to Touhou Radio while driving, this doesn't sound very unusual to me. Rather familiar. This piece may as well have existed for years.
I shall subscribe for this music deserves some praise.
Can't wait to see more Touhou remixes :3
This is such a beautiful thing, I felt chills. Pls don't steal this precious thing Marisa
Other Fandom : Why you loved Touhou fandom even though this fandom minority?
Me : Simple show this
What are you trying to say? Touhou is a huge fandom
Its like a phenomena in Japan even until now
Touhou is the gift that keeps on giving, you knaves. The material makes absolutely no sense, the characters are either lazy or drunk, or have god-like powers and too.much.free.time, but DAMN the groove has the move.
@@MsMvsc is huge fandom but in several places is not, I mean first time I know Touhou by random fan-work who give good description.
If not because that I maybe keep passing many Touhou Project without knowing where this project come from, even though I saw many characters and music when surfing on internet.
@@ihaveadream7858 agreed, that because too many fandom in there so many creative mind.

And then, Flandre burst out of the basement, setting everything on fire.
This sounds so awesome! Keep up the good work!
would you do Kaenbyou rin's theme it's already sounds like traditional medieval English ballad similarily to the Scarborough fair.
It sounds beautiful
... the glorious moment you finally realise what "hark maester" is supposed to mean
The flute is very nice
Amazing job! This fits her character so well♥️🦇🩸🌑

Then Flandre was born in Flandre region (Belgium)
??? : Let's call her Flandre
And they reached Gensokyo Many years later
"Hark Maester"
Hahahahaha.....
Oh god
"This one felt like cheating because it already sounded pretty medieval but whatever, it was still fun to make"
.
well, it's a remix of Bethoven "Virus", so it DOES feel old
still, great work my dude
This was composed before Beethoven Virus, Zun takes inspiration from a original Beethoven sonata that was published in 1799, and so does Beethoven Virus.
@@shaynanima thanks for correction
The melody got perhaps a little too "busy" towards the second part, but this is definitely a cover I really was delighted tk hear and didn't know I needed! Thinking about Remilia as a medieval damsel... actually a Western RPG style Touhou game would be legendary if done right.
Aaaah these are so good!!
Impressive
This played when Remilia was born
“HARK, MAESTER”
I’m getting major “Did you need something?” vibes.
(HARK, MAESTER is a reference to some manga not appropriate for all audiences. Sauce is 200834.)
(The ‘Did you need something?’ is something I found when I found something in Japanese rewritten [translated?] into Spanish. I yeeted it into Google Translate, and took it out. The result was that quote. Won’t give the OG sauce. All I can say is that it involves groceries and an underaged character in a NSFW situation.)
Beautiful
That hark maester is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen
Hark maester! Is it in thou will to engage in doing it?
EPIC
Hark maester, thou seems a little bit weary, by any chance, art thou want to felt the warmth of mine body under the moonlight?

if remilia was 500 years old by the year 2000, and we know that vampires are birthed when they die, so that means she was technically born in medieval times
pretty sure 1500's count as early modern period.
@@georgethompson1460 1500 is the line. Flan is early modern, Rem is last generation late medieval.
It's Renaissance period though where the first modern thinkers started to appear

Well as he said, this is kinda cheating since it already sounds so medieval, but, what can you expect from a 500 yrs old vampire's theme!
Is...is Remilia standing on Marisa's hat?!
It's more like Koishi's hat.
Gensokyo has become less Eastern and more...knightly.
In this world, the gates to gensokyo are located somewhere in the mountains of europe
The original theme feels very classical/medieval imo.
