Thanks for your review! We just got the refrigerator installed today. We are still waiting for the panels, but I’m really excited they can be changed out. Also looking forward to use of the beverage center, but it seems to be filling the water pitcher too full, so far. It’s making ice now, so looking forward to it being in the freezer versus the door. We could not get the water pitcher to fill w/o turning it on in the app. Tried and tried to use the interior controls. Same with flex drawer, could only change it via the app. I don’t mind the app, but it seems like a good way for Samsung to collect tons of data about the refrigerator use. Not sure I’m thrilled about it. Overall though, really looking forward to using the refrigerator.
I just purchased my 2024 Bespoke 4 door fridge. Im curious to know why the freezer has a handle? it has no locking function. When i press on the handle the lever inside moves up and down but, doesn't lock or unlock?
If it’s the 23cu ft counter depth model it’ll be flush with the counter. When you see the fridge stick out like in this video it’s a 30cu ft standard depth model.
Can you turn both of the ice makers off? I prefer to make ice with spring water since my city water has nasty stuff that cannot be fully filtered with just carbon.
It’s a trend with high end kitchens. Brands like subzero started this trend but were meant for you to install identical cabinet panels. The down side is really minimal.
We have this fridge minus the drawer. Its been really good. The only thing i dont like is you cant open the bottom left veggie drawer without opening both doors.
That's true with any 3 door french door model. I have a 12 yr old Samsung I'm getting ready to retire ..you'll get use to it. Love my ole frenchy ...trying to decide if i want the 4 door model!
I have this old and crappy Samsung model and you can open the drawer even when the door with the insulating flap is closed. I guess they deem it more important to use every inch of space. In the garage we have a Haier and it has the same inconvenience. Not a deal breaker but worth noting.
Quick question- is there a way to remove (or stop from emerging) the scoop tray that covers the ice? It’s an extra step that can make getting ice a two-hand process, I’d prefer to just open my freezer and scoop ice without sliding trays around. Thank you!
We just purchased this refrigerator but in stainless steel. We love this refrigerator, especially the middle drawer. Looks so classy in our kitchen. ❤❤❤
If you plan to buy please consider using my Samsung Affiliate Link : jiles.link/samsungbespoke
Sure bud. I'm all over it.
I LOVE mine 💕
It’s good stuff!

Great that’s it’s all working out. Ours is still flawless. I am thinking about the other appliances now too!!!
How much and how often you have to change the filters
Its just 1 water filter, so I change that as needed.
Like most filters they say “change every 6 months” but it really depends on your water quality and how often you drink from it.
2 questions if I may. 1 Do you have a link to the trays you bought? 2 How tall are you? You make this fridge look so tiny lol
I dont have a link, they were just on Amazon. I am 5'11"
Almost all Samsung fridge are the same height at 70”. The back of the fridge is shorter at around 68” or so.
how do I make the lights come one when the doors are open
The lights just work automatically. You don’t need to do anything.

Mine has a catch that the handle uses. It won’t open unless you pull the handle to release and open it.
How do you set your temperatures injust purchases this fridge w the 4 doors and it doesnt seem cool and the freezer section is not freezing
I use the app to set mine. You can do it inside the door too.
How long does it take for the freezer to freeze a cup of water?
I have never tried to do that before. I assume it would depend on the temp you have the freezer set at maybe?
Can you write on the glass with dry erase markers?
You can
Where's the display?
If you buy a display it will be on the front top right.
Is this a standard 3 prong plug or 4?
120v
Is this a 23 cu ft refrigerator?
Check the site for the specs.

Is this white glass?
Yes it is!
That is not made of glass. I have the same refrigerator.
@@wd8557 It is. If yours isnt then you dont have this fridge.
It’s made of glass, but not “white glass”. It’s clear glass in front of white paint. Still great looking though
@@lanzer22 The color is on the glass itself. So you can easily change the glass panels for a different color.
which is the model of the refrigerator
2023 bespoke 4 door French.
Why put the thumbnail pic with the screen if you don't have it?
A boy can dream.
I like your t-shirt.
Thanks!

You can for sure.
Is there a way to NOT make ice? We're not ice users. Thx
I think you can set it off if you want. I'm not sure you can order without a maker though.
Notice how the refrigerator blends in with the cabinets. I don't know if that's a good or bad idea.
Pretty sweet!

Samsung??? No thanks
It’s great!
Might be better than the LG piece of crap I bought. Stay away from LG refrigerators!
We have this fridge minus the drawer. Its been really good. The only thing i dont like is you cant open the bottom left veggie drawer without opening both doors.
Or the right drawer. One of them doesnt open if both doors arent open.

Mine does that by default. It opens when I open the freeze drawer.

Congrats!
What about ice maker is too bad slowly,!
We haven't run out of ice yet.
